Your channel is one of my favourites my friend. I love the pace, your explanations are crystal clear and unbiased, and it is simple and straight to the point. A huge thank you for your content and I hope to see many many more videos from you :)
very useful video thank you! you immediately began with the subject matter instead of giving us useless info for 2 min like so many other reviewers - good job in NOT wasting our time. Also, you presented different accessories from various manufacturers - again, thank you for your thoroughness. I don't have an osmo axn cam yet but will get one soon - can you recommend "essential" accessories for a beginner? - maybe only 3 or 4? eg selfie stick, filters (which ones), surface fasteners etc. thank you once again!
Excellent review! As a newcomer to the action photography (but not to photography in general) I was struggling in Osmo action what/when/why accessories selection, and you have helped a lot. Subscribed!
Hello my friend, just giving my feedback, I really love your channel! Your review videos are the best and you show us the beautiful city of Bratislava! I was in there in 2016 and I hope re-visit this wonderful city this year! Thank you so much and keep producing awesome videos :) Best regards from Brazil PS: I'm think to get this setup (or maybe an Osmo Pocket 2) and a DJI Mini 2 for vlogging and get some aerials shoot!
There never seems to be enough accessories for the Action/Pocket cameras. Its good that there are third party manufacturers out there making quality products at reasonable prices. I'm thinking of getting the Rode Wireless Go. Thanks for putting them all in your video
Greetings from Indonesia, Boss, I have a DJI OSMO action camera, when it is turned on for about half an hour the camera is hot, then condenses on the lens's glasses, so the video results are blurry and a little darker. Well my question, Why is that a factor? Then what is the solution? please help with the explanation thank you before
If you mean condensation on the outer side of the lens, that naturally occurs in humid environment after the surface heats up and then cools down. There isn't any way fix that, it is basic physical principle.
Great! the actually is some information, at the 1:30 is seen a connector! Is that micro-C? Any adapter for it? I think about connecting a battery bank and external mic... On GoPro the connector is frail (micro usb-b, maybe), it seems to cause malfunctions, cuts and other problems and I would like more sturdy one....
I bought some accessories, many of them made by Pgytech - the cage is very good, the minipod & the screen protector is ok, the hood is almost garbage (good only for photos, useless for actions). Also I bought the Pgytech bag for my Osmo - very good price/quality. But... there is something you miss it and must be taken into consideration: an external battery. Thank you very much for your video! Awesome!
Wow, so much good info, the Osmo Action with Charging Kit is now $259, def buying this! A bit curious, why aren't you using the DJI Osmo Mobile 2 or 3 gymbal?
Nice, I wish freewell or someone would come out with a wide angle lense adapter without the fisheye door peep hole look :-) And a dummy batter so you can run it on external power with no battery inserted.
Is there anywhere you share the videos/films you create with all this equipment? You talk a lot about how you use these things and it's very useful to hear, but I would like to see some "results" as well :)
Question: what would provide better quality, using custom action camera ND filters like the Freewell All Day pack, or a standard screw on 52 mm ND filter on something like the Ulanzi cage? Would the added distance of the 52 mm filter away from the Osmo Action lens increase vignetting?
Image quality might be a bit better using custom ND filters such as Freewell, because there is no extra glass. The differences will be very minor though.
That's easy.. go to your kitchen fill up the sink with water.... Place camera accessory etc underneath water for at least 30 minutes.... Remove.... Check to see if camera lens are full of water.... If they're dry it's waterproof if they're wet it's not.
Nice video, about all the accessories and the best picture quality uses no decent sound at all. Until today there is no adapter to connect an external microphone. That is not how it works !
The Hybrid Shooter I think you misunderstood. I meant that you’re sponsored by them or being asked to make a video for THEM. They make awesome products though so maybe it’s just coincidence.
I have a question is there a gimble that I can use my osmo action with a wireless mic setup..? I want a setup that I can use osmo action wireless mic and have it all on my gimble ? Thank you
