Sanger sequencing, also known as the “chain termination method”, is a method for determining the nucleotide sequence of DNA.
Sanger sequencing can be performed manually or, more commonly, in an automated fashion via sequencing machine.

@@manahil558 Yeah ik, it's just we wanted to choose a unique topic of higher grade which can be understood by 10th class students, so we chose this, and it went very well! We also made a model of the gel electrophoresis and a presentation of the process to explain ^^
