Of course! I’m also not Wiccan, I more closely identify as an eclectic pagan witch. But really this is suitable for anyone!!

This can vary by practitioner but I use it because it is “three times three times.” 3 represents a number of things, it’s a number that represents harmony and that has a lot of associations with spirituality in many paths (maiden/mother/crone, threefold law for those that follow it, etc.) and 9 in numerology represents endings or completion. I do this because it is 3 times, 3 times. Three is considered a special number in a lot of occult traditions and practices and has a lot of significance and symbolism across many cultures and paths. It can represent the the triple goddess, the Morai, the three faces of Hekate, past/present/future, birth/life/death. If you’re in a Wiccan tradition or one that follows it, it could refer to the rule of three… I’m sure there’s plenty more!! Of course the number can be adapted if something carries more meaning to your path for you!

I think of it like the thing I’m stirring is my magick and intention (with or without creams or sweeteners), but if you want you can do the hand waving over or following your finger around the brim of the cup methods that I show instead of stirring ✨
