Some settlers do not see themselves as an obstacle for peace. On the contrary - they see their presence as a way to build new relationships with Palestinians. They argue that the Settler issue has the easiest of solutions. Why couldn't they continue to live within a Palestinian state? Nachum Pachenik is a settler from the illegal settlement of Sde Boaz and a co-founder of the Land of Peace movement. "For me it's not about keeping the land... it's about achieving real peace." Ziad Sabatin, a Palestinian member of 'Land of Peace' specifically wants to get in touch with settlers because they are the very enemy with whom peace has to be made. "I have come to the conclusion that terror leads only to more terror. If you get to know each other, the fear disappears". Despite the willingness of both sides, making peace in occupied territories is still a potentially dangerous business. "There are people who have very different visions about the future", says Jewish settler Assaf Harel.

Dear Kashmir, I would love it too if it was the truth, how many Arabs in this video speaking about their land. There is no land in the West Bank (Palestine) which doesn't have an owner, even it doesn't have an owner that means it belongs to the Palestinian authority

I'm sorry to point this out to all of you (from the European Union), but there are still Jews in places like Croatia & Hungary who are unable to return to their homes post WW2 as a result of social protected tenants. Personally I know 36 Jewish families who live in the West Bank solely because Croatia doesn't respect private property & human rights. If Israel doesn't provide refuge to these people, who would???! Croatia basically kicked them out... This is an EU country!

djsweetpea1 how idealistic, reality is that the vast majority of Muslim will never accept two state solutions, the Quran explicitly names Jews as enemies of Allah and enemies of muslims, dehumanises Jews and commands muslims to kill the Jews. Read the Quran, all land is either dar al Islam or dar al harb, land of war.

Palestinian state? Where? Palestine is the name of a Roman province in the Middle East, even divided in three Palaestina I, Palaestina II and Palaestina Salubris. If you cannot distinguish between geography and political sciences don´t comment on the subject. Yes, we have to treat our neigbours well but not our enemies. Can you see the difference?
