@@Assassin_Bear i think you're missing the joke XP its a family guy joke where the narrator asked a customer if he would kill a man for a klondike bar, and while off screen after hesitating, you can hear a gunshot go off followed by a man screaming XP
I saw the creator talk about the game, it was created in under a total of 24 hours in a span of 5-6 days, the whole cute aspect and colors of the game, the whoofles("enemies"), and the music where all just a vision, a disguise created by the players mind that blinds them from seeing reality, and in those parts where there where fragments of the school here and there that was his mind trying to snap back into reality, and if you got the blind love ending, that's how this all comes together.
This reminds me of the Extra Credits video where it mentioned how save scumming can turn games into puzzle games, even if it doesn't immediately look like it. Technically, this is a platformer, but being encouraged to play it over and over again and reset to get different outcomes makes it just as much a puzzle game as a platformer.
Psychopath ending is the best for me. For some reason, the idea of a threat being karmically destroyed just by another greater threat is very cool in lores.
Cryolato I thought it was gonna be like devil.exe but when I understood the meaning of the game and what the things in the game symbolise,it showed more
“Hey, only you could’ve gotten this close, only you could’ve earned (her) trust. It was always only ever you! Good work! You passed your test, you made your sacrifice. But now, you’re alone, and you’re weak. And we know what happens to the weak.” -Jacob Seed
Though I saw the twist coming from the start it still was disturbing. Despite the simplicity of the gameplay Lixian was very clever with the message, and I theorize that this game takes place in the soul. Perhaps the disappearing platforms represent the destruction of yourself if you commit to homicide. But avoiding the hearts and supposed monsters come with its own challenge, as if to imply that peer pressure isn't always easy to resist. Some people say that the Psychopath Ending is the most satisfying. While the Awake Ending is the good ending, the Psychopath Ending is pretty interesting. It's kind of like the Genocide End of Undertale where you kill the thing that's been telling you to murder people the whole time. Karma came full circle for her.
It's a very simple yet eerie game that is very admirable especially considering the fact that this game was made in under 24 hours. But the one thing that puts me off is how similar the girl looks to the archer from Clash of Clans.
What is the difference between the puppet and innocent love ending? You both collect all the hearts in the process so how come it's two different endings. I don't understand can someone please explain it to me?
Puppet Ending you collected the hearts and killed some enemies but not all. You realize that your GF is only using you but by that point, it’s too late. In the Puppy Love ending, you collect all hearts but don’t kill any enemies. You realize that you love your GF but that you couldn’t shoot the students. Your GF shoots you to death.
Theme is supposed to be 'Love is Blind', in the Blind Love ending (all hearts and kills) you are so totally enamoured with her that you glaze over the killing and the fact she is going to shoot the faculty. Puppet (Incomplete count on both) she manages to put you in jail and get away scot free because you didn't blind yourself with love, but that also means you have lives on your conscience. Innocent Love (All hearts) you recognize what she's doing because you weren't killing for her, meaning you were able to stay your hand, however, without awareness due to love blinding you, this selflessness makes you victim number 1... Psychopath (All kills) She didn't realize the monster she just unleashed, she was blinded by her own love of the plan and becomes the final victim. Awake (No hearts or Kills) you aren't blinded and call the fucking cops, not being near her because you saw she was just using you...you are able to see and are free.
so here what happened: you see a girl that you love and then she says to you to do whatever she wants and you do then you are regaining control again and see the school that woofles was kids that you killed and if you get all hearts too you kill the main girl
Psycopath ending be like: Girl: Ho, are you approaching me ? Instead to flee away, are you approaching me ? Guy: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-W944vHnaQPw.html (he's Giorno)
This game gives me some laughts, because in South america (only spanish talkers joke, no Brazil, I guess), we hace a lot of memes about kids using guns in America
It would've been interesting if there was a "Delusional" ending where the main character THOUGHT his crush said that she wanted him to kill them, when in fact she was completely innocent in all of this, and he thinks that she lied to him, and he ends up trying to kill her only for him to get himself killed.
