My boyfriend has very similar glasses! This kind only works on a handful of faces (you gotta be the right kind of handsome) and you rock them! They look great!
I have SMA type 2 and was also surprised the first time I found an optometrist who could do the exam and tests manually without machines. I think the trick is to find docs that have given eye exams at nursing homes because the ones that do use those same manually methods there since they can't bring the machines with them. Like you, I still need someone to hold my head in that one device because it never seems to go low enough, but that sure beats the unreasonable request to get out of your chair. Anyway, congrats on the new specs and thanks for spreading awareness about things like this that no one would even imagine unless you're living with a disease like SMA.

Oh gosh. As someone with pretty bad myopia, I can’t imagine being without glasses for 2 weeks. Intellectual is definitely the word I’d use, you look awesome in them Shane!

Wow shane looks really good with these glasses. I'm kinda shocked at how handome he looks in them. Not that I thought he was going to look bad. I just didn't think they would look this good. I think the shape is perfect for his face.

First. So nice to see so much snow! Living in Denver and we just set a record for the latest date for a first 'measurable snow of the season. That was Friday, December 10 and it was not even an inch. You could still see the grass poking through and it was gone by 10AM. I digress. Great video. Love the glasses. Shane: "Scholar." Takes glasses off and throws a mysterious hazy look. YESSSSSS!!! I called it! Shane, when first I saw the frames you chose (during the comparison), I literally took a breath, like a tiny gasp. The others did absolutely NOT compare. Then, seeing you chose the ones which were also my favorite, made me do an actual fist pump and say "YES!" out loud. GREAT choice, Shane! They make you look SO good. I dare ANYONE to treat you like you're a child when you're wearing them. If they do, just give them "the look." "The look," given through those glasses, will positively SHRED them. That's what I was thinking but I was worried they would be offended if I said anything about it. But he looks so much older with them on and I can't see anyone mistaking him for a child.
