People in diaspora always wait to hear bad or unpleasant news about Nigeria just to keep feeling good about their decisions. 😅

So true, I hope and pray for a better Nigeria. At the end of the day, home is where the hear is, and there is no place like home. Thank you so much for watching.

@@AdaLivingInspirations 💯. I have tasted both sides and I always choose home. My heritage or nothing. For those who are still wallowing in self denial and continually wish evil on their homeland, well, its only a matter of time the body will long for its roots no matter where it is. They will still come home to that same place they never wish good. Its just natural.

Please stop the generalization. The West, particularly of the US, disgust me. I can't wait to move back to Nigeria to get the peace and serenity I deserve. Everything isn't about money.

People in Nigeria still think that abroad is heaven. Fa fa fa fowl!!! Two of my younger brothers moved to UK few months ago. They are now complaining that Naija is better. One of them even said the bananas he bought at the supermarket were fine and looked good but tasteless. He went on further to say that its like people in UK are programmed to wake up early in the morning, go to work and return home, that at the end of the day it's tax they will use to finish you. The inflation in Nigeria now is world wide. I used to buy a bucket of poundo yam for 25 euros. That same bucket now is 45 euros. The price of electricity and gas has gone up two times, house rent has also gone up. Life in abroad is becoming terrible and we all should be thinking back home

The banana part got me😄. May God help us all. Gee...thank you so much for watching as always.

@@AdaLivingInspirations yes ooo. The banana was a scam. Looks good on the outside but tastes vapid on the inside. I was in Nigeria in February, I almost brought the whole Nigeria with me when I was coming back. I brought loaves of bread with me sef

The same here, in Switzerland 🇨🇭 electricity 68% up , house rent 17% is crazy . My prayers is to come home.

As a Nigerian film maker, she made the right decision. Netflix, Fisney, Amazon, Canal+, RU-vid, Twitter, Facebook etc are throwing money into Nigeria and the producers are making a lot of money. They need contents and Nigeria is the king of making contents in the black world. Mark Angel a RU-vidr is making $300k a month from RU-vid and he lives in Nigeria. Think how much Netflix is paying Mo Abudu, Funke Akindele etc.

Thank you so much for your insight. Another huge opportunity for people like Serah in the diaspora. That is why it is important to evaluate your circumstances and see what's best for you. However, fear of the unknown is always the "drawback"

Wow, was writing the exact comment and abandoned it. Felt people would simply not understand. It's laughable indeed. Each to their own I moved back 2012 it wasn't easy to begin with, but where is it easy? You couldn't pay me to live there now. The secret is to come back small. And don't go back to the same neighborhood you use to live. I could go on and on. Greetings from Ghana😊 ❤
