Ciao anch'io faccio spesso questa ricetta e garantisco che è un piatto buonissimo solo che al posto del formaggio metto la mozzarella e nel sugo il basilico rigorosamente al forno.Se lo si vuole si può aggiungere del prosciutto cotto all' interno dei nidi .Bravissima come sempre

I like that you showed both ways to make the pasta, but I think I will try the oven baked method. I might sneak some grated carrots in the sauce for extra veggies.
This is just wonderful food and does not take very much time to prepare. I also but some oregano with salt and it was perfect. I am sure I will eat this many, many times. I almost ate too much.. Too good.. Thank you for the recipe.

La Sora Lella la chiamava cottura alla marinara. Comunque la pasta nel sugo diluito si cuoce benissimo. L'unica cosa che aggiungo acqua calda poco alla volta.
