Do NOT BUY A HOUSE With This HVAC System - Soffit Mount 4-5 Ton Units 

I hate soffit unit . 90 percent of the issues is unit wasn’t installed correctly . Example some units the drain pan is one whole assembly so mindful to have a slight pitch to allow the drain pan to work . I had a thick washers to one side of the long anchor bolts ,two to 3 degree pitch is all you need . I mostly walk away . It’s triple the work and too many unknowns .

Yo yo yo. Did you happen to try a company in texas? It’s called “sustainable coils”. They might have it. How about remove coil and try to make a custom coil. Looks like lots of future work in that building if you find an answer.

First Co has such a long lead time. Six months for one air handler. Also the newer chassis are bigger and that makes it to where they won’t fit in buildings that literally built the mechanical closet around the old unit. It’s a mess.

I’m in Chicagoland and have a few subdivisions with Apollo wet heat that use this same first co air handler setup. Clusterfuck every time
