For anyone reading: this is entirely user error. they plugged a 5v strip into a 12v header. Takes a special kind of special to do that, but then to upload it and say it’s a manufacturer’s fault is even worse🤦♂️
Prolly tried converting 5v to 12v, they wouldn’t do this even other brands wouldn’t, you can’t really put out a shit opinion on them if it’s on your end
@@deccapod8957 what does that mean? I'm building my pc soon and i already bought all the fans, silent wings 4 pwm, was about to buy fan splitters for them, is there anything i shouldn't do when installing them?
You just plugged it into the wrong port. That's what happens if the voltage is mismatched. Fun fact happens to almost any type of electronic equipment.
You plugged a 5VRGB cable into a 12 V plug that’s why that happened? Come on man you gotta pay attention to what you ordered. It’s either 5V or 12 V look at your motherboard! You did it
Thats a 5v led strip my guy. They are smoking because you are running them at a voltage that they weren't supposed to and your melting the plastic/rubber shroud thats only good enough for the voltage it was designed to. 🎉
Einige sollten einfach keine PC's zusammen bauen! Das bei der Verkabelung nicht das Haus in Flammen ausgegangen ist, ist das Wunder des Jahrhunderts. Man sollte keine 5v LEDs an 12v anschließen! 🤐🤐🤐🤐🤐😱😱😱😱
Hey if you want RGB then you can buy a RGB case don't blame the case it is smoke effect because of led strips light and because of smoke you suddenly switch off the PC
Yo hell no ive never seen this in my life I seen a gpu literally melt but never a pc smoke on touch of power do you got a fog machine or something😂 what actually is this
The fans are fine, i think its your fault for first using a terrible cpu cooler, and you psu is probably from the 2000’s, lets not even talk about the graphics card
