I've been very respectful in the last month or so regaining my composure and being laid back. My ex and I broke up in December and we've been up and down since. But about 2 months ago I got my act together and she began to call / text more and even begun to make efforts to see me. I told her that pretty soon we're going to have to spend more time together to see if this can work and to see my progress. She initially got angry saying that she doesn't wanna feel rushed. I let her vent and didn't feed into the trap to pull me out of character. The next day she invited me over to her house to grill with her and the kids. Had a good time and I didn't do too much to ruin anything. We were interacting with the new neighbors that moved into the complex and she introduced me as her BF 🥴 I didn't say anything. We continued have a good time and I said I was leaving. She initially was like ok. 5 minutes into my drive home she called me and asked me to spend the night and I didn't want too. So I made up an excuse saying it's okay maybe another time and etc. She said " ok , maybe this weekend" I now feel like I have to get used to her presence again. I'm grateful for things trending upwards. Now I feel like I have more leverage and self control. Patience is key.

I did no contact with my ex (who I also work with). However, after a month of doing it I broke no contact since it was getting really awkward at work. After breaking the silence, she thought we were "friends", and could talk to me as "friends." Sending random text messages, and flirt with me at work. We even said that we missed each other. After a week of getting, to my eyes "signs", i asked her out for coffee. Coffee date turned out to be really awkward, so it confirmed to me that she isnt trying to get back. Later that night i had to tell her that i felt that she has been giving me mixed signals ever since i started talking to her. She said it was never her intentions. Lesson: walk away and never look back

Haha thank goodness second video of the day from a coach relating to me. My ex just text me on iMessage two days ago and Snapchat today I had to restart no contact for the second time not long ago. (*cries inside*) TBH it works, i am feeling good, there is a thin line between working on yourself FOR YOURSELF and "Working on yourself" FOR YOUR EX (when she comes back). Just did some research on my ex's Twitter for her only fans. Just realized she was cheating on me since last October with the person she left me for. She had the audacity to blame me for the relationship failing but she cheated. I'm convinced she's a narcissist because she's going around telling everybody untrue things about me. Some of them are very very nasty and I could possibly sue her for it. She's telling everybody. I'm a narcissist. She's telling everybody I'm a rapist. She's telling everybody. I'm abusive physically and emotionally. I'm just done. I'm dating other women. I'm looking out for the red flags of narcissism and I'm living my life. I'm so ashamed I gave a year and a half of my life to that woman.

I fell for the silly games and won silly prizes. I got cursed out and blocked on everything after questioning his breadcrumbs every 2 day after 2 months of going along and being cordial not calling it out. I was damned either way may as well have called it out from the jump smh

over 3 years a mortage proposal and 3 fur babies together she leaves me once emotionally she couldnt do it i let her come back a month or two together she decides to leave me again we still talked for a little while then she got up in her feelings and got mad at me and blocked me from every social media and a phone as well now when i miss her and my fur babies shes nowhere to be found i tried to call and leave her gifts and money and food still nothing she threatens me to police when she unblocked me and texted me this so from now on i will just let her go to do what she wants later in life if shes ready to talk to me i will allow it still to be a nice guy in the end but for now i am just me ..

I’m done for good with my ex. We broke up mid April and he’s been just a FB friend, responding/ reacting on my posts but radio silence from texting me except on Mother’s Day. He knew I was having surgery but didn’t bother to reach out at all. I’ve had two other exes reach out to me to offer any help or assistance I need. He can kiss my ass. My ex of about 3 weeks finds a reason to text me every few days. It's been mostly logistics (we have a house & a dog), but then last week he was texting me pictures of our dog (I have her) & pictures from our time together. He even said how sad he was looking at old photos of us. I only responded with 1 liners, mostly indifferent. When we broke up, we both said that there was a possibility of us getting back together. What if my ex points out that I seem to have changed for the better and am not like how I was when the breakup happened, they are reminiscing about the good times and they know I have a girlfriend without me telling them? They text me but do not make plans or ask to talk to reconcile. She chose to leave but also made mistakes that led to the breakup.

Hi coach I got played by my ex and now she hasn't contacted me in a couple days so I think that I truly lost my ex for good #1 she has a new boyfriend #2 she simply just asked if I was doing okay or if I was good #3 she unadded me and added me back and now she unadded me again so I think she was using these tactics to use me as a place holder and now she feels like she is fine and good to contuine her life without me so i know I definitely lost her.

My pregnant ex left me Dec 28th 2022 she slept with a fwb back in February and halfway through May while 35 weeks prego too. This fwb is somebody she was fwb years before we met and she slept with him a month before we met in person the first time because we argued and i made her think i was leaving at the time. She basically said everything you said when she left me she said she never wants to be with me again she hates me she blocked me on everything ignored me etc eventually she gave me updates about our son going through all this I’m leaving to go back to her state to be there for the birth of my son this Tuesday . I went into no contact 2 weeks ago after getting tired of trying to work through things to the point where the things she said to me have made me practically hate her because she has hurt me so bad since the breakup i haven’t slept with anybody or did anything as well as her saying she didn’t care what i did through all that. She recently reached out to me May 31st 9AM asked me for money i said i didn’t have it. (I’ve sent her plenty for her and my son I’m fed up so i quit doing it.) then at 1PM she said “wyd” My phone was dead i knew she messaged before i died i didn’t have my charger so i let it go. After getting home 6PM i responded with “Getting my car tags.” because getting my life back together and getting us a car was my goal. Then a nice apartment or house is my next goal currently. She randomly messaged me back at 10PM finally saying “just wanted to talk about sex” I responded 2 hours later 12:30am and said “oh, yeah what’s up? Funny because I am watching big mouth” she said she was sleepy so she went to bed. June 2nd a day and a half later she asked me for 10$ I sent it. She explained the update for our son the doctors etc then said “And I was sleepy I was up yesterday since 8 u responded extra late I was horny and by time u responded I was already in and out of sleep” then she followed it with “But anyways I just wanted u to describe all the times we had sex u remember in detail Or how u remember it.” I sent her a book of a text explaining what I remember about our sex like in deep detail. It took her another day and a half before she said she went back and read then she said “that’s not what I meant I meant on a specific day that you remember like” (she gave two days we had sex as examples.) so I retyped it for the specific days I liked the convo went back to normal. After she said she hurt her hip I listened to her rant I have normal but not too push over style responses asked if she was okay left it at that she said she watched a movie and fell asleep I don’t say anything to her I always wait for her to reach out since no contact before I respond I take my time give it a few then think and responded so I don’t look desperate I sent first an hour ago and asked if she managed to sleep well she hasn’t looked or responded but she’s on and off fb messenger late at night at this time. I didn’t follow it up because I got no look or response. I assume she will say something 6 to 8 hours or so from now. I have no family no home just my 2002 Honda I just bought it’s messed up transmission is slipping I’m praying I can make it in time to see the birth of my son and I pray we work things out but I’ve hurt myself enough & I can’t tell how she feels and I only think she reaches out because our son even tho we made small talk over the last few days. I need an expert opinion and advice asap will be lacking updates

And what if you reached the goal. There was a date (good time spent together) with a "promise" from his side to meet again...but there is silence since 12days (only one like of my first post on fb since break up month ago) and today a random picture sent by him which shows he was thinking about me as the situation on the picture is related to our relationship (we were joking about that together) I am in NC but I have impression the date didn't change a lot.

I made this mistake and we started hanging out again. As she reached out to me wanting to hangout. We chilled at my place and when she went to sleep something whispered in my ear said s you never went through her phone. I went through it finding out she was going on dates with people while we were together. And even more after. She had wanted me to promise not to let her back in my life than she came back the same day after reading journal I wrote talking the time we first meet till now saying I want to be with you I love you. She didn’t know I knew what she’s done. Overall I went through it again and this time she caught me and got mad left my place blocked me on everything.

about a week ago at a baby shower I seen my ex for the first time since she broke up with me 3 months ago. When she seen me her heart sank and she started overly exaggerating how she talks and what she was doing. When she’d walks by me she’d tense up and looks like she wants to say something. At the end of the baby shower she made a point to walk by asked how I was doing. I texted her the next day and had a short conversation. Then didn’t talk for a couple days til I sent her a meme two days ago then she added me on IG. Now I’m confused and don’t know what I should do If I should do anything. What do you guys think?
