@@felixtechnoaid2044 Hello I have just tried this Tcon check using my 12v dc adapter and I just find I have 12volts throughout the Tcon. Using various points ie vcc, vcom etc. I do have a video issue sometimes half screen with temp video. Please advise. My tcon here is hard to find
first of all disconnect FFC cables going to screen then supply the T-con, if all voltages are present when the screen is disconnected in that case screen is defective, I has a short circuit, if they are not present wether connected or not replace the T-con, or change DC to DC voltage converter ic.
if it has no display issue with only backlight, please check T- con, if it is being supplied with 12V, make sure to disconnect screen, if VGh, VGL, are present when screen is desconnected check panel(screen), if not present whether screen is connected or not , replace T- con board.
Hello again further to previous messages I managed to find another Tcon board it has many test points rather than VGA VDD etc and i do have various voltages now from 3 to 29 and -9 volts to name just 3 test points. Does this sound okay? Thank you Lewis in Uk
extremely dangerous how? how 12 DC volts can cause fire, do you have gasoline station in your house? we have used 12v from ac adapter, if there is a short circuit it goes in protection , now explain how to check tv t- con can set your house in fire?
