So obviously buying the Speed Toad is the move, but if someone already owns the Superspeed sticks, you'd say ditch the red and swing the green and blue?
To be totally honest this is what we would do, in this order of preference 1. See how much you can get on eBay for the speed sticks then use that $ to buy a Speed Toad 2. If that isn’t an option, I would ditch the red stick. I would also replace the blue stick with your actual driver. The blue stick is so close in weight to a real driver, you’re better off training with your driver than a stick that requires way different timing than your driver. Then I’d weigh your green stick to make sure it’s at least 45 grams lighter than your driver. If it is, train with it as an underweight/overspeed option. If it is closer in weight than 45 grams I wouldn’t train with it at all and simply train with your driver (if you can’t afford buying a Speed Toad). I hope that helps and makes sense! -Bryce
