DO NOT USE WEED and FEED in your lawn 

If you have plants, trees, or shrubs do not use weed and feed cause it will suppresses their growth, worst case death. I see dramatic improvements on plant growth since stop using it. No wonder why the plant not putting out new leaves or shrub been in dormant never wakes up.
