Effortless Power Pivot - How to Strike the Golf Ball Pure [and Easy!]. Learn how to strike the golf ball pure and increase golf swing speed and consistency in your game through the easy effortless golf swing EPP (Effortless Power Pivot). If you want to strike the GOLF ball pure consistently and play golf for the rest of your life without hurting your back or knees, you need to learn this Easy, Effortless Golf Swing technique: the Effortless Power Pivot.
Say goodbye to back pain, knee injuries, knee replacements, hip surgeries. All of you golfing pain comes from a main source, TENSION. Tension kills your golf swing - you've been taught to build up tension for power. And, don't get me wrong, it FEELS powerful. In reality, that's all it does for you. It FEELS powerful.
What you don't know is that all of this tension is hurting your golf swing AND your body. What is tension? A tightening of the muscles or a restriction of movement. Basically, it's a RESTRICTION. When you restrict your body, you think you're feeling power but it's really your body's way of saying, "STOP DOING THIS TO ME. I'M NOT DESIGNED TO DO THAT". No wonder, so many golfers complain of body pain in their swings - they spend most of their life restricting movement in their swings, and it shows - it shows in the form of pain and knee replacements.
Also, when you restrict your body's natural movement, you cause the club to take an UP and DOWN path in the backswing. If you restrict hip-turn in the golf swing, you will be unable to take the club around you - which is a huge power key - AND you won't be able to turn your shoulder down - which is one of the biggest contact consistency keys for your golf game. Essentially, if you restrict your body, you won't be able to make some very important golf swing moves - moves that are CRITICAL for your ball striking success.
When you go through this episode/lesson today, you will unlock a whole new level of effortless power in your golf swing by allowing your hips to work properly in the swing. Not only that, you'll increase your amount of shoulder turn and hip turn without restricting your body - MORE POWER FOR FREE!
Can't turn your shoulders 90 degrees without going to the gym? Don't have to. See, when you allow your hips to turn freely, anyone can get a 90 degree shoulder turn.
Everyone could use a dose of EFFORTLESS POWER. When you swing effortlessly, you take the stress off of your body in the swing which, in turn, helps you to play longer, prevent injuries, and HAVE MORE FUN hitting the ball well.
SagutoGolfers are supposed to play like "retired" golfers. That is - WE SHOULDN'T have to work so hard to hit a golf ball. If you do what I show you in tonight's episode you will discover what it's like to hit a ball hard, far, and, most importantly, EFFORTLESS.
With an effortless golf swing, it's not about saying, "I'm exhausted, how many holes do we have left?" Rather, it's about saying, "My goodness, I still have tons of energy! I feel like I could play 36 or 72 holes today!"
It's amazing when you ALLOW your body to work, the swing feels so EASY, FREE, limitless.......
I want you to have this in your game. No matter what your age or handicap, anyone can use EFFORTLESS power. Why wouldn't you want to swing the club in a way that feels like NOTHING, while producing serious swing speed? This is the new swing for you!

Whether you are a seasoned golfing veteran looking for a quick swing tune-up after an on-course emergency, or a beginner just looking to get the most out of your golfing experience, I am here to help you achieve your golfing goals.
My mission as your swing doctor is simple, to help you maximize your enjoyment in game of golf. Because, let’s face it, golf is a hard game.
My philosophy is wholly based on the student having a fun, meaningful experience in a frustrating and complicated game where potential lifelong golfers either quit because it is too difficult or that they experience some form of swing-related pain or discomfort. I mitigate these problems by focusing entirely on the student’s needs and goals while teaching a golf swing method that ultimately takes stress off of the common pain areas of the swing.

Tom, This is obviously stack and tilt instruction. I was looking for your S&T video, but couldn't find it. Then I stumbled upon this one. I know I've seen a S&T video of yours before and wanted to send it to a friend. Is this the only one you have done? Just curious as I don't see the words "Stack and Tilt" in the title. Thanks for all you do. Your videos are fun, funny and chalked full of fantastic information that has helped me put less stress on my body....specifically my back. 👍🏌️‍♂️⛳

Last time out, before I discovered Tom. I found something and it felt powerful and easy. The key was weight on front leg and swinging around body. Maybe I accidentally fell into some of Tom's teaching. Because ball striking solid and consistent has always been off and on. Suddenly, I "knew" I was gonna hit it solid and strong. So I could let it RIP but not try to over hit. Then I found Tom's videos. This is the real deal. Now I have a template and real good instructions.My short term goal is to break par ( easy 9 hole home course) using senior tees.

@hughcapetien
@hughcapetien 4 года назад
That technique of locking your right leg at the top of the swing is a little radical. That is exactly how I used to swing when I first took up the game of golf. Playing companions would critique my back swing by pointing out my stiff right leg as a no-no, but instead to keep both knees flexed as you rotate to the top. I have been doing this for over 20 years now, and it looks like I am going back to that old swing after your demonstration. Millions of other guys including me have always relied on Ben Hogan's "Five Lessons" as the Bible to a good solid swing. Starting next week, it looks like I will be practicing your technique. Will let you know how it turns out. Thanks James
@SagutoGolf
@SagutoGolf 4 года назад
Hey James - I appreciate your openness to giving this a try! Just to clarify, I am not "locking" or "stiffening" my right leg; I'm just allowing it to straighten in reaction to what the rest of the body is doing - i.e.: keeping the weight forward, turning the front shoulder down, bring the hands in. If you wish to get on the fast track and truly give this swing a fair shot, please consider enrolling in the SagutoGolf online school. For just $10 US/month or $99 US/year you'll have unlimited access to a comprehensive members-only platform that breaks down and greatly simplifies the entire learning process through succinct, step-by-step videos, and I'm constantly adding new content. Ok I have been paying golf for over 50+ years! HS and College golf etc etc. My handicap index has been as low as 3.1. After two cervical spinal fusions and a lower back that is much worse than Tiger's. I tried this preloaded left power pivot set-up. WOW unfrigginbelievable!!! 10-15 yards more per iron. My only discovery was to make sure that my front shoulder was just a little parallel left of the target. My first attempt with the power pivot set-up was to pull my shots left. I made this minor front shoulder adjustment and WOW!!! Thank you Thank you Thank you.

Hello Tom, today, I used the stack n tilt method you had described throughout my round. I want to thank you for your coaching and tip videos on the s n t swing. I may had scored an 86, however that is work for putting. I had 7 birdie opportunities and I had struck my 3 wood at 234 yards! My driver I'm getting use to with the stack n tilt at about 245 yards. My shots were consistent and my bad hooks and worm burners was a result of an element missing from stack n tilt such as not flexing my knees. I wanted to personally thank you for changing my game for the better. I'm still a 12.6 handicap and I'm looking to break 80's this season and putting will do that for me. Link some videos on putting would be greatly appreciated since I can reach the green in GIR and this is where the scoring actually takes place. Thank you, Tom. You're an awesome dude!

Hi Tom. Man I haven't felt this excited about working on my swing in a long time. The freaking sound of the club mashing the ball every time you hit it is brutal! It sounds like you are punishing that ball. I love it! I really wish you would do a lesson in front of a simulator so we could take a look at your distances and your ball flight and if you can make the ball do what you want it to do with regard to fade and draw low and high. I think seeing something like that would really get you a lot more subscribers.

Well done, John, and thanks so much for sharing!! Just in case you'd like some ideas on a backyard practice station... Mine is a DIY job. It is approximately 7’ tall and 8’ wide. We used this video as a starting point - ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE--p11qs4E2T0.html - and then made some other minor PVC support structure modifications to suit our needs. We did not use PVC cement as this allows us to easily disassemble it if necessary. The net we used differs from the screening material in the video. Ours was purchased through Amazon - “NETTEXX Golf Cage Impact Net 10ft X 10ft” - as were these bungees for attaching the net to the frame - “Kotap BB-6B Ball Bungee Cords with Elastic String for Canopy, Tarp, Straps, Tent, Poles and Wires, 6-Inch (25-Count), Black”. (If using a net like we did you probably won’t need the screw hooks that are mentioned in the video - the bungees should suffice.) Also, I have a Real Feel 3x5 Country Club Elite® Golf Mat. You can visit them here - www.RealFeelGolfMats.com. If purchasing be sure to use coupon code "SAGUTOGOLF" (without the quotes and no spaces) at check out to claim your special SagutoGolf discount on the Country Club Elite® series of mats! Sadly, Kevin, many misconstrued and/or misguided teachings of "conventional" instruction - such as turning the shoulders level while independently lifting the club, shifting into and torquing against a firm trail side, actively rolling the hands through impact, etc. - have relegated generations of golfers to the vast abyss of chronic frustration (and chronic back/knee/hip pain as well). We're doing our best here and particularly in my online school to clear these up one by one and put an end to this madness. Keep up the great work and have fun out there!! TS

I started watching your videos a couple months ago for the entertainment value. Then I paid attention to your “swing around your body” lesson and tried it. It was a game changer! Then I watched the “weight on the front foot” video and again, another game game changer. Now here’s the cool thing. I was always taught, even by a swing coach, that my driver and woods are a completely different set up and swing than my irons. You came along and said, “it’s the same swing for all clubs”, I am hitting it better than ever and my slice is now a slight fade. Now, in all honesty, I seem to have a problem being consistent on hitting my target with irons but my distance and striking ability are better than ever thanks to you Tom! I am 62 years old and hitting it farther than I have in the 25 years I have been golfing. Thank you sir. I am a believer!

Hi Tom, we have no ranges open so yesterday I played 18 with three younger guys. Front nine started using your methods and shot 49. Back nine something clicked using your method, shots going higher straighter longer! Hit a par 3 160 yd green with 6 iron. Hit a green from 140 with an 8 iron and made a birdie! The young guys were out driving me 50-70 yards at beginning of round by the end I was only15 yds behind them! Shot 41 on the back 9. I need some range time to get this figured out completely but your stuff works great for this 67 year old man.

I had been following your teachings for the past couple of months now. I am here to render my results. Since our courses just re-opened a few days ago I had the opportunity to play a round with my golf buddies and one of them complimented my game, "Wow! Your game did a complete 360 since we last played. But it is well deserved because you practice and play all of the time which is finally paying off." Needless to say, at 50 years old, I can reach 240-250 yards on my drives. They are straight, however, I know how to hit a draw if I need, too. I had actually reached my 6 iron at almost 180 yards. Lastly, I scored a 78. (White tees...not the Senior tees. May just play the tips for fun.) This dropped my hcp to 11.7. All this before watching this current video tip you had provided. I started with your Stack, Tilt, n Xtend, vid. My shots are consistant and had been working on adjusting to different lies, ie: above/below the feet, up/down hill, etc. I'd thought I would share my results. Less swing thoughts...the better. Thank you, so much! (I did outshot and outscored my golf partners this past Sunday...for the first time. Including his 17 year old son who plays on the high school golf team and he can rip it. ) "IT'S SO EASY, A CAVE MAN CAN DO IT."

@@SagutoGolf I'd be happy to consistantly break 80's and reach par this season and take it to competitive levels and get back into playing in tournaments again. This time...with the guns I need. Putting...can always use putting practices and drills. I can putt, just misread greens. Definately a score changer. Reading greens? Any suggestions? (Perhaps I could sand bag and hustle....hmmmm Lol)

@@SagutoGolf I just realized why I am able to change my swing to the stack and tilt so quickly. I play ice hockey (and bass guitar 🎸) and never thought about how I hit a slapshot. Same principal with weight on forward leg with pivot. If you don't, you would lose balance and find yourself facing the ceiling lights on the ice. Never once had I put these 2 sports together. With a puck, it has to be struck 3-4 inches behind it. Took me awhile to get rid of chunkers in golf. Lol I do have a question relating to off lies since the surface is never flat in golf post tee boxes, what adjustments are made for uphill, downhill, ball above the feet, ball below the feet lies? I know how to hit them with a traditional setup/swing. I want to incorporate the stack n tilt in all my shots. (Except short game pitch and chips...very comfortable in that area...actually my strong points in golf). Stack n tilt farthest drive today: 266 yards splitting the fairway.

This is by far the best lesson and most well explained lesson I have seen that literally breaks it down step by step. Going to work on this harder in the off season. I shoot mid 70s, but my ball consistency has been all over the last couple months and hoping this can get me past the 70 hurdle into the 60’s

I watched this video last night and went to the range this morning. What a difference! When I followed the instructions on the video, my drives were going between 20 and 30 yards farther than before. And they were straight. Now I need to develop consistency in my swing.

This video and all the videos he shares with weight on the front leg has helped me so much. I'm a bigger guy so i cant turn as much as he does but even then , I put weight forward and I have been hitting the ball much better. No more fat shots , I was also a F Fer lol "flipper" but again after putting weight forward fixed this for me. Went from having to use a 7 iron for 150 shots to a 8 iron. Thanks again for all the free tips.

Hey Tom, great videos. I’m up to a 2 handicap and always looking for improvement. Something you said about the Takeaway more inside with that coil. This golf swing has allowed me to throw darts. I’ve never been so accurate with all my clubs. Played nine holes with a buddy and had five birdies . I’ve shot that score a couple times but never so effortlessly. I hit 10 five irons from 195 and put them all within a 15 foot circle. And you’re putting tips are fantastic. I honestly believe that this will get me to a plus three or four. I am also 54 years old.

Ok Tom just discovered you a few days ago and will try this swing tomorrow out in the park. If it works there? Gonna take it to the course Thursday and give it a try. Been trying it in front of a mirror. Like you say, feels very simple. I’m usually low 80’s but inconsistent shots causes a couple bad holes every round keeping out of the 70’s. Will comment after my round on Thursday. 🤞🤞🤞
