the thing about technically leaning back and not leaning forward as you throw is a crazy gamechanger and I'm gonna try it out as my flag team starts out soon
Hey coach. I sometimes play as QB in my schools flag football tournaments. I can throw accurate 10-15 yard bullet passes. But for 20+ yard passes it's hard to tell how far a WR is. It's mainly because the "field" doesn't have any hash marks . It results in me throwing picks. Do you have any tips to tell how far down the field a WR is? So that I can adjust my throw power accordingly
Honestly that’s tough being on a field without lines. I would say you just have to get with a WR without a defense and work on your range and depth perception. It’s tricky but doable- just try to get reps without a defense out there
Hey coach I’m a qb for freshman high school and I have everything good but on some throws I can’t throw the right spirals that I want it to be and I can’t throw a ball very far do you have any tips for me or anything I can do at home so I can work on this?
Yessir the drills in this video can help! But also if you search up “first down training how to throw a perfect spiral” we have a ton of content there that can help!
Two things I feel like am a little too tight when am throwing, and the other thing is I need to work on my spiral. They may be link together. I would just like to hear what you have to say. Thank you so much!
