Exactly two years ago, I tried following The Gainz Centre exercises. Just one of the workout for last 2 years. I did not lose weight much but my shirt size reduced from XL to S now. Works for me at the age 50+

XL to small - either you were HUGE or you are not quite honest. A medium maybe, small is very small

@TGC - Awesome I just wanted to see what your content was but I started doing some of the exercise half way and broke into a sweat. My main challenge is take it slow but the most important is to try be CONSISTENT. Great video keep it up!!!!🖤

These are very good morning exercises but the "hip hop/rap" noise is distracting. If you publish a version with the noise taken out please let me know and I may consider joining. Thanks.

Once you memorise them you can workout to your own music or better still turn off the sound. For me personally I like music to pump me up but I have an ear pod. The most important thing is we all want to get reasonably fit and lose some fat.

Just follow the routine. Do the reps as they do them, for the amount of time that they do them. Is it really that difficult to figure out?

Good routine, I just wish you would get rid of that rap music. That stuff is crap. You ruined a good video with that background garbage some think is music. If I do the routine, I’ll mute the music.

FOCUS ON YOUR GOAL!!!! An elite athlete once told me I blank out the noise from 50k-70k opposition fans to focus on winning. It takes time. Just turn it down. It is not rocket science

I agree. All these videos have garbage music. I usually mute it and have to pay attention and then put my own music on. I've never been a workout music kind of guy so I just have whatever music puts me at ease. I don't need anything too hardcore
