I've read Jay shetty,s book, think like a monk. It's one òf the best books. I have changed my thoughts and actions. Letting go of negativity, not taking other people's negativity to heart. Loving oneself and being grateful for the smallest of things in life. Thankyou Jay, thankyou Rangan 🙏❤
Tending to your spiritual/mental garden - I’m not religious, but I wonder if so many religions came to the conclusion that we need to reflect about once per week because that was enough to ensure you’re reminded and dont go off track but not too much to balance your work life/more doing/less reflecting aspects of life.

There's no secret in manifestation. Today u think and tomorrow is will be. What they don't tell u is it is not what ur CONSCIOUS mind thinks...its what the not conscious mind think that creates reality. These ideas are not just to bring about what we want but more so to KNOW what we want in the Belo system..they fail to mention that we manifest EVVVERYTHING IN LIFE ON A CONSTANT BASIS...the trick is to balance the belief system with the conscious mind to bring about what we do want and not what we don't. These people in this channel SUCK AT SPIRITUALITY BCUZTHEY ARENT HERE TO HELP U THEYRE HERE TO EARN UR CASH BY TELLING U THE HALF ASSED INFO THEY CAME UPON

@@sugarfoot1956 I commented because this is a false belief. The only one who has creative power in their words is God. When you set people up to believe that their words have creative power you set them up for failure,disbelief , disillusion and disappointment. My friends in Ukraine who know that any day they could die, Are clinging to their faith in God and his promises, not what they think that words can manifest for them.
