Hey Obi. Been really enjoying your workouts. Tried one of your leg workouts and one of your back workouts and I'm already longing for another workout but...can you please include the exercise choices + sets + reps + other info in the description? In that way its much easier to follow along because you dont have to write everything down and simultaneously rewind the video etc. Cheers

Very helpful and great video, Obi! But i don't get this deload thing... why deload? and not training at all for 1 week? 1 week of not training = all your muscles, all your tendons get a break and grow and have time to completely recover. In this week, do light cardio or go for a walk every second day. In my opinion, this is way better and healthier to your body than a deload. Hmn
