Yeah the one next to this curb was totally obliterated but I managed to fill the whole thing and get it skating. But that was months before I started making vids. Maybe I’ll do another vid w a super crusty curb.
Wouldn't say so with all that wax on the edge of the sidewalk. Plus what is that little crack going to do to people that are just walking... Like how does filling a crack on the side of the sidewalk make it more walkable? Also good pun man, I see what you did there
Some random skater does more road construction than the city's done in years and then they wanna try and put stoppers on rails and curbs saying we're "destroying property"
Now when the cops busts you for something and tries to give you community service you can tell them that you already spent 20 hours repairing that piece of curb.
They won't fill those cracks or make decent curbs but as soon as they see you grinding the curb you JUST FIXED they'll put skate stops on them asap 🤦♂️
Exactly what I thought, but those cracks stay there for years and the boss doesn’t get anything moving. Usually always government BS slowing things down, especially up north you can’t get a pothole filled before you live 100 years and die to it lol
My lookout one morning and see a skateboarder eat crap on the curb come back a couple hours later to him and a whole team out there fixing it power tools and everything
in some way this is opposite of what street skateboarding is all about, but if you consider this more like "building" a spot then it's the best thing ever. to me street skateboarding in the purest form is skating what ever you run in to while skating around the city and even better if it's first try and you just continue your journey😊
