Theo Von asks a ridiculous question and then reveals something funny about himself. From This Past Weekend 116 Watch the full episode: • Bobby Lee | This Past ...
@@heraldshalom2756It is pretty ridiculous if you think about it. This is one of those question that you could realistically turn around and ask a white person. If somebody asked me that, I'd probably think they're trying to insult me.
Growing up everyone said my cousin looked Asian. Never saw it. Then, after years of living across the country, I fly in and my cousin is supposed to pick me up. I land, I’m walking out, and I think “why the fuck is this Asian dude staring at me”.
Bobby nailed it. It’s true it’s the other people who make you actually think about it. I wake up and I’m like time to take a shit and get ready for work. 😅
Yeah when he said People like you It actually made perfect sense. I haven't seen much content of Bobby but from I have seen he seems rather insightful. He made a good point, without being a self righteous twat.
Lol it goes all ways. It's a constant joke between me and my man. Most of the time it goes unnoticed but then sometimes he does a certified white guy thing. Sometimes I do a certified Arab thing. Then the jokes commence and we both can't stop laughing. We all do the same with our friends. When nothing is sacred and you can joke about race, religion, or politics everyone feels better. Wouldn't trade my friends for anything because everybody else is so polarized and easily butt hurt.
As a straight white man my whole life, I typically wake up immediately thinking about categories to judge people and then how to subjugate them in law and politics.
So true. I grew up in South Korea, and never had I thought I was Asian until I moved to the States. Oh yeah, once I was here, everyone worked really hard to let me know I was Asian 😂😂😂😂
Every time I eat something, It does make me think I am Korean, "Where is fookin KIMCHI? I need meat for protein intake", and I go, "Bring the dog from the cage."
@@mspaint93 Its actually funny-and sad ,that Theo does not know how ignorant and not funny he sounds. And how amazingly witty Tommy is.Tommy handles him with so much finesse. He uses Theo's ignorance to his advantage, turning the tables.😉Im glad to know people catch the drift.smh🤦♀️
@@jonathonE Actually I do think he has talent and can be funny.Obviously is why he is in my feed.Is just a miss for me on this short.I commented on this short, and scrolled on many moons ago.
@@Augass u mad bro? If you are lithuanian you clearly slept on all history lessons. First of all Adam Mickiewicz was Born on current Belarus terrain if current geographical location is important to you. Secondly at the time when adam Mickiewicz was writing and alive there was Polish-Lithuanian Union. After muscovy rise to a threat for lithuania they proposed joining to Poland UNDER POLISH CROWN SO LITHUANIA WAS FUCKING LITERALLY 'POLAND'. Another thing yes he have roots of lithuanian aristocracy BUT they were considered part of Polish aristocracy. Why BECUASE LITHUANIA WAS CONNECTED TO POLAND. HE STATED ONCE "Lithuania! My homeland! You are like vigour. (...)". It was from his book but its was clearly in context of longing from nature. How dare you say this when he wrote a book in only one language: P O L I S H and created Polish legions troops that were fighting in lombardy. I don't try to tell that he is '100%' Polish because he was also lithuanian but from your sentence i fell that you are thinking Poland stole lithuanian poet. It's clear that Adam Mickiewicz's works of literature is Polish by the things stated above.
@@infinite-sadness right and that’s where you use your brain and keep your thoughts to yourself lol like would people go up to an ugly or obese person and go wow you are so ugly, you are so obese! No because that’s rude lol so why do it to a tall person?
I love when Bobby just laughs straight upward. Like he’s laughing directly into the heavens of how fucking ridiculous of a thing Theo just said said at any given moment.
I love all people but i honestly dont get Theo.He seems like a nice guy but i cant understand whats so great about him?He just say strange stuff all the time.Bobby in the other hand is always fun and charming. He and Will Sasso was the best on mad tv.
Bobby doesn’t laugh facetiously, that’s what’s charming. He laughs when he finds something funny, and he throws his head back and howls. It’s the best, it’s gotta be gratifying as a comedian.
I'm half Mongolian and I think "I look like I might know something" might actually be the best way to describe my ethnicity the next time someone asks lmao😭
we don't ask if we are Asian when we wake up. tho tbh there were times that when we look at the mirror after waking up we'd just go" Goddamnit, still Asian" then casually continue our lives the Asian way.
The only times I feel Asian is when people talk about making a casserole and I have to pretend I know what that is or how does everyone know all the lyrics to sweet caroline and why do they love that song.
As a White guy, and I mean a very very white guy, think I've seen a Casserole at a party or a family dinner maybe once. None of us make or eat those things its all a Grandma thing and I think even the Granny's stopped making them. Kind of like Christmas Fruit Cake.
@@Fallout3ProHunter maybe its a relic of the older generation or no one actually knows what it is except for that one co-worker in every office building who brings it during potlocks.
If that's what being Asian feels like then why didn't anybody tell me I'm not white Apparently been bubbling the wrong race on scantrons my whole life god dammit
I feel Theo, I have questions like that too. I have brown eyes and I always wondered if ppl with blue eyes or green eyes see differently than brown eyed ppl 🤷♂️
I have Blue/Grey eyes. I have to squint when the sun's out. My pupils are usually dilated indoors. I see better than anyone I know. Which is odd, because blue eyes are supposed to be the weakest.
There's an Australian rap collective named "Triple One" and it's three guys: a guy who looks very white, Scottish; one who is clearly Asian or mixed race Asian/White and another one who is apparently Mexican (or maybe another Latino I don't quite remember), but he looks just as Asian..
A lesson learned: Appearance only becomes a consideration when comparing oneself to others, as it is through comparison that one's physical characteristics, such as height, become noticeable.
Imagine walking up to someone like “Bro you know something?” Then it’s Theo and he’s like “I get that all the time I have the look like I know something.”
