Even with a backup generator system, every time we lose power I get nervous. We have easily two freezers full of meat, so today we're going to work on pressure canning up some of that meat to insure our supply. We're going to can up some breakfast sausage, some goat stew meat, and some bacon. All of which I've never really canned before. So come along with me this morning, and let's get busy in the kitchen doing what homesteaders do ♥
