Hi Bahroz... I was for interviewed till Round 3 of interview (R1 - Manager ; R2 - Director ; R3 - Director) But now I have received this as application outcome - "We regret to inform you that the position is no longer available." What does this mean - Whether this position no longer exists or was filled by some another candidate..?
@@bahroz Hi Bahroz.. I can now see they have reposted the same position on LinkedIn.. When I am trying to apply again, Workday account shows 'I have already applied for this job' whereas for the different position I applied the other day for which I received mail stating that my profile has not been shortlisted, I'm getting an option to apply for that position again.. What does it mean - P&G has not rejected my application yet & I do stand a chance to get selected..?

Hi Bahroz, If in past, we had to leave a company due to downsizing (laid off) then should we tell that reason to the interviewer? or what should we say to cover that up?
I would not cover that up… but don’t just say you were laid off say your role was eliminated.. that makes it sound that it had nothing to do with your skills rather just your role/assignment…

Yes stay tuned I have recorded the video just matter of time I upload it…. Yes culture is a good question to ask, do note you need to know why you asking the question.. ie what is your motive… like do you want to know if the culture is inclusive or do you want to inquire if they have a fun caring culture or if they have a learning culture (ie test and learn) etc etc
