you probably dont give a shit but does anyone know of a way to get back into an Instagram account? I was stupid lost the password. I would love any help you can give me!
I have fibroids, so I guess I’m estrogen predominant, my follicular phase goes around 10-12 days... can’t wait to see the video on how to balance this hormone imbalance!!! Thank you so much for all the work that you do!!!! God bless you 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
It’s great news that you finally have a lil lovely on board. I kid you not that for a few weeks I have been fighting the urge to ask you about your own babies! The same thing happened to me about 3 yrs ago with one of my very good church friends, a secretary actually. I asked her how her boy(s) were doing bc in my head I thought she had two little boys. She thought it was funny bc she said yes, her hubby and her son. I said, what? I see two boys when I think of you and I believed all this time you had 2 kiddos! A week or two later she found out she was pregnant with her second son!
Thank you for making this video! I couldn't understand my body but with you explaining the symptoms of high estrogen. I keep checking the list because is exactly what I was going through. Even my obgyn specialist couldn't explain it to me.
My friend said she was ovulating 3 days after her period, and she got pregnant, she has 2 beautiful healthy children. I know another family friend got pregnant by surprise at age 42, she thought she can't as her tubes got blocked after surgery and drs told her no way she will get pregnant like ever. So I guess fertility, pregnancy and child birth just again one of those topics that we trying to figure out but at the end it's like it will be if it's meant to be. I see too many people in horrible conditions (drug abuse etc..) getting pregnant and having healthy babies, where one would think no way, and other are healthy and can't get pregnant.
Yay that's good news!! Ahw and sweet that you wait for my video's! I'll keep them coming, I won't lie sometimes it's late night editing and tech issues.. so it's so cool to hear it's apprecoated
Since I started doing ketogenic diet, my periods last only for three days. And before the diet it lasted for 5 days and I struggled in a horrible pain🙄
I was told I'm estrogen dominant, after having a full hormone panel, but I've always had a regular light period of 3-4 days, not painful. And, from what I can tell, I ovulate day 14 or 15. I also had ovarian cysts, and mild endometriosis, but they've since improved with a half dose of chasteberry.
Ovarian cysts and endometriosis are indeed related to estrogen dominance. If you ovulate timely and your periods are good, that means the estrogen dominance isn't severe yet which is good news! Keep caring for yourself to prevent it worsening.
this is 100% how my body is. Had a miscarriage my first pregnancy and then 2 healthy pregnancy's after with no complications. I always just thought my body was so well prepared for making babies and didn't want to miss an opportunity lol
You can treat estrogen dominance by eating a good amount of cruciferous vegetables such as cabbage 🥬 broccoli 🥦 sprouts or there is a supplement called DIM PLEASE check your estrogen levels before you use Dim as it may bring down your estrogen levels too low and you don’t want them too low either. Goodluck ladies!
Thank you as always. This video I dont believe applies to me based on what you stated, but it's nice gathering new information and determining if it does impact your ttc journey or not. I thank you for sharing your knowledge.
Thank you so mich for this wealthy information. Can you plz make a video on what are the foods to be taken and lifestyle to treat endonetrial hyperplasmia?
Loving your videos and can't wait to watch them all. I was wondering if you know anything about stress causing early ovulation. My cycle is usually 27 days long ovulating around day 13-15 but if I do strenuous exercise around the time of my ovulation it feels like I ovulate that day or the day after even if it's earlier than normal. For example, I did some sprints on CD12 and felt some cramping afterwards then my period was only 25 days this month. It seems weird that a small amount of stress could do this. I think I have a sensitive HPO axis though because I once lost my period for 4 years after losing a small amount of weight as a teenager. I hate having short cycles as I fear I'm going to have early menopause or something. Thank you for the info.
Hi :) just want to thank you for all your help! Also wanted to ask if you would be able to do a video on low progesterone and what would cause it? I don’t have high estrogen, and would like to have some remedies on hand, and your thoughts on prometrium or any other natural progesterone supplements. Thank you & congrats on your little new bundle of joy!
I have a TON of egg whites each month. It lasts 5 days. I also have suspected Hashimoto (my antibodies were elevated) thyroid is normal though. Thank you for all the informative videos!!!
I have a big testimony to say to the women who have pregnancy problem, I have been married for five years without any child, no pregnancy and i became very sad and lost hope. I have been to doctors and there is nothing medically wrong with me and this really make life so hard for me and this made my husband to turn away from me. My sister in-law told me about DR,UGUEL from the Internet, who have helped people with this similar problem that i am going through so i contacted him and explained to him. He told me not to worry that everything will soon be okay. He cast a spell and it was a miracle to my greatest surprise three days later my husband came back to apologize for all he has done and told me he is fully ready to support me in any thing i want. DR,UGUEL gave me medication and he also gave my husband some things to rub before we made love, few months later i got pregnant and gave birth to twins baby (boy and girl) we are now a happy family. I will advice you to email him now (druguelspellhome1@gmail.com) WhatsApp number +2347056683626.
Hello! I am loving your videos, so informative and easy to understand. Would you consider doing a video on how to remedy a short luteal phase/luteal phase defect? I am struggling with this at the moment. 🙏🏻
Fleur what a great video! Watching religiously! Started temping because of you Fleur - hoping this will be a breakthrough in pcos anovulatory infertility - please tell me what is the best way to schedule a 15 minute consultation with you? Quite urgently want to chat with you as struggling with excessive bleeding
I paused this video n went back to the videos you suggested here.. Very helpful! Could you please share something on adrenal gland. Its not much heard of.. Also, on cortisol. Again.. Very informative video. Thank you! ❣️🌸
I have high high estrogen levels and am leading towards PCOS and looking for a way to save myself. This has been the most helpful so far! Can you guide me through it. I'm just a teenager
Listing these symptoms to my gp and my gyno , they never once suggested estrogen dominance. These symptoms didn’t start until after I finished adding to my family (thankfully). I’ve had a uterine ablation to control the heaviness because it was causing chronic anemia, but the lumpy breasts, long clotty periods, painful feeling in my abdomen during cycle persist.
I have in years past had estrogen dominance but by following your advice about not eating from plastics & not eating processed food I have less painful period and no clumps, and they have become shorter, but had more brown after 1- 2 days of red and instead of red flow. It was brown, Luke a crayon brown
Thank you so much for the info I thought I may have estrogen dominance but after watching this I realise I don't I have a regular 27 day cycle and my periods are very short like 2/3 days... Is there then such a thing as lacking of estrogen? Or maybe just down to age (more likely I'm 36 lol) :)
Sounds like perhaps you had estrogen dominance for a while and now it's tapering off.. you could still have relative high estrogen but yes you could definitely have low. If you don't get any cervical mucus that can be a clue, or late or no ovulation.
Thank you for this video! I have a 9cm submucous fibroid and haven't tested positive on any ovulation tests the last 2 months. I think I will start after my period and see if I test positive then. You explained so much more than my OB, thank you so much!
So glad to read that Bridget, Dr's often don't seem to have the time or the energy to explain (a few gems excluded!)... I hear that all the time.. but it's so frustrating when you're the one with the diagnosis isn't it!
Do you still plan to do a video on how to help estrogen dominance? - I don't have long periods but I do have a short cycle and usually ovulate on CD 11 or 12. Would love to hear about lifestyle and/or supplements to become more regular.
I found a video by a Dr. (Author) Jade Teta who helps you with your hormones to get in control and lose weight and exercise. I thought, surely I can get pregnant too! The video never displays his “done” button or how to order the program!?😵
Can you do a video on how your body works when on and off Nexplanon and how women get pregnant the week of Nexplanon removal even though they technically weren’t ovulating because the BC? I’m very curious!
I am on same page with you after I get off the nexplanon and started using the pill for 4 months my systems completely shut down. I have no period no ovulation my estrogen is low my progesterone is low and FSH level is very high. I don’t know what to do and I am TTC
Hi Fleur! Thanks and congrats on your baby! I have fibroids. Never been on the pill. What can I do to reduce estrogen? Already avoiding plastics for example. My doctor advice is to get a laparoscopy to get rid of the fibroids but I also want to get my hormones balanced. Thanks!
I have fibroids and adenomyosis. My ND, who is also a midwife, implied that the fibroids will massively shrink if I go hardcore taking the herbs she recommended (Myomin, DIM and also Vitalzym digestive enzymes.) My intestines can't handle them, so I only take a tiny fraction. What helped tremendously with my estrogen dominance was reducing caffeine by 85% and taking topical progesterone cream during the luteal phase. The doctor was against my use of the cream at first, but I was weeping at the drop of a hat and had breast pain. Both symptoms were quickly cured! My E:P ratio improved a lot after just a few months. A large fibroid that can be palpated from the outside has not grown in the year I've been keeping track. On the downside, I've tried getting pregnant for five cycles recently with no luck. I'm doing AI from the same VERY fertile sperm donor I used in January of '18, when I became pregnant instantly the first time I ever thought about it (had an early miscarriage.) It seems that I am LESS fertile now with my estrogen dominance is under control. Weird.
@@margiesimo6916 You're welcome, Mar! "Baby dust to us all," as 47-year-old TTC youtuber Simply Tanika says. Oh, and castor oil packs! I forgot about those.
This video is great! I can check off the boxes as I am trying to understand what it’s going on! So.. can I ask.. if I don’t have very little CM does it mean that my oestrogen is low? 🤗
Could you specify what you mean by long periods example 5 days of constant blood example I see blood mainly day 1-4 and then 5,6,7 might get some brown remnants not sure if those still count as period days?
The brown remnants may actually be a sign of low progesterone. I have low progesterone and I almost always get the end brown spotting. I thought it was just old blood until my Napro doctor said that is a big signal of low progesterone.
My doctor say I have high lever of estrogen not sure how to improve it, my periods are 3-days an not sure if am ovulating as the tears are nil, am 44 and trying for a baby but no results as yet.
What if your period is 6 days long, but you usually ovulate around day 15 and have a 14-15 day luteal phase? Would the period still indicate estrogen dominance?
I dont have any of the symptoms you mentioned early in the video but the only one I can relate to is the ovulating early. If my cycle is 26 days and I ovulate on day 11 (according to my Flo app) would that mean I am estrogen dominant? What can I do to fix this?
Hello, I am 43 years old and have had a hysterectomy after a very long battle with endometriosis. But I’m still having hormone issues , and I’m pretty sure I’m still developing ovarian cysts because I still have one ovary. so I was curious what does estrogen dominance look like in a person that does not have.cycles
My estrogen is having a huge party. I've been bleeding off and on for 7 weeks. Had 3 weeks off before it started and bled for a month that time. After a month of bleeding my endometrium is 20 mm thick!! Had a biopsy on Monday. I go back in on Tuesday to find out.
How long should your fertile window be? I have read so many different articles that say 3-5, some even say 10 days! My period tracker on my phone gives me a 5 day window but i'm not too sure about that.
Hi there! I have recently found your channel and I am loving all the tips you give. You are awesome!! I am going to have my 3rd IUI attempt soon and I hope that it is succesful this time., specially after all these new things I can try to do to help it I am very very hopeful. The thing is I have a question about Calc Fluor... since I am from and live in Brazil I cant find it anywhere here, only in compounding pharmacies but when I asked them to produce it for me they said they need the "potency" to which I replied I thought it was "6X" but they said it is not like that, it should be an information like CH30 or DH10 or something like that, does that make any sense? How can I give them the right information to make it happen? Thank you ever so much for taking your time to share your knowledge with the world. Lots of love from Brazil :)!
@@FertilityHomeopath thank you ever so much for your reply! I thought they would know but... I did check Amazon, the thing is I shall start the process of my third IUI attempt in the end of next week and it wouldnt get here before that... However, I did talk to a Homeopath Doctor here and he provided the data the pharmacy needed, even though he hadn´t heard of the benefits of it for fertility... ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ - Should I start taking it as soon as possible or should I take it only during my 2 week wait? xoxoxo
No period since November and I am praying to find out on the 11th that I’m pregnant . This time last year I got married, and I am having short follicular and luteal phases.
but you're saying high estrogen causes early egg release but what about women who have estrogen dominance and never get an LH peak, no ovulation (based on low progesterone blood test). What would be the cause then?
Whats the best cycle day to have a blood test for the estrogen levels? I just did one on my day 3. Does that help me to understand more? I’m a PCOS cyster !
Wondering...before had spleen removed I never had painful period. Am often times positive for estrogen dominance and have clotting and severe pain. I bet that spleen helped me in a wonderful way and now I’m never gonna have peace or a baby. Is estrogen dominance common in women ttc that have no spleen?
I ovulate a few days after the end off my period im 37 and my periods were five days long when i was yonger but now ghere only three days now im trying to get pregnant now this video is freaking me out i dont have any diagnosis
I had a cervical erosion and they told me it can be high estrogen levels. It suck doctors don’t check much I asked for hormone test they said no , ultrasound they said no it’s not needed 😩😒 I’ve been trying for some months now I don’t know what off I’ve been charging and doing LH strips
I have all that u mention but ovulate around day 18-19 every month. My follicular phase is long but I also have a 14-15 day luteal phase every month. My cycles are around 32-33 days. I bleed for 5 days but one of those days is pretty light.
Can a woman be 3.5-4 months pregnant and never have a positive pregnancy test? I forgot to take my bbt this morning 😩 & did you use your chart to figure out you were pregnant? 🤩
I've been going through testing to see what I have going on since my periods are so irregular. I didnt have a period for over a year so I was put on bc which after taking it for a month I had a period on the same day for two months and now come this March I am waiting to see if I start on the 10th again or even have a cycle at all this month or if I only was having one bc I was on the pill. I took a progestin BC pill for three months just to kickstart my period. I was on the depo shot for three years but got off of it and haven't been on it for about three years now. I have a long history of irregularity, but never even knew about pcs or endometriosis, etc. I had an exam scheduled but had to cancel it due to work. I did get results from a blood test about hormone levels but I have no idea how to read it.
I don't have any of these symptoms and I've never been diagnosed with anything in this video but I've been ovulating on cycle day 18 and then getting my period at 10 dpo. Do you have a video that could help me address what is going on?
