Sir our ancestors always told us to clean your home regularly....stay natural always thousands of years ago.....you exactly explained same thing. Though you are very much experienced but my personal suggestion is please Try to read Ayurveda and yoga that will also be so much helpful for your patients to change their life style. There are so many fertility yoga which is beneficial for people. This is my personal suggestion sir. I am your fan from India.

Hello, I have a quetion, When I'm in high periods of stress or anxiety I get my periods twice a month..what does that mean? And also does it mean I'm running out of eggs faster? Also when you are oestrogen dominant should you take progesterone to balance it out or is it better to take D.I.M and Vitex? Thank You

I haven't tested for estrogen dominance, but I am 120 lbs and size F naturally. I am 42... my GYNO told me that it was obvious I was estrogen dominant due to that. Would she be correct? Use vinegar or Castille Soap to clean. Both are non toxic.

You can't make that assumption without testing.

What about reboot out hormones After long breastfeeding?I am Always ovulating late(16/18),have short lutheal phase (9 days)with a 25 days cycle.Since mu First post partum period my periods were lighter than before(It 's baby 8)and I think everything Is low. I want to be myself again

I have a question. I have ME/CFS and can't exercise for to my condition. I try to eat as healthy as I can but I fear I have estrogen dominance. I have had secondary infertility for 10 years, currently I started spotting on cycle day 19. Currently on cycle day 22 and I believe the spotting has turned into a period. What can I do to fix this?

What’s your opinion on using a Cruciferous veg based supplement to detox the liver ?

U can use green tea, ginger and lemon or lime tea, U can also make green vegetables justice's i.e kale, spinach, broccoli, celery and green apples are great for detoxification. Fasting is a great detox but make sure you hydrate yourself with water while fasting. Avoid; Gluten Sugar Wheat Dairy products None organic meats chickens The big one avoid fast foods! Please do research u will discover more. Good luck

To check if one has enough progesterone to balance the estrogen, shouldn't these hormones be tested at the same time? Why do doctors advise that estrogen be tested on day 3 and progesterone on day 21? How then can they be compared?

They are high at different times of your cycle. I recommend the DUTCH test when I am trying to compare levels like you suggest.

Great video🎉 3 types of oestrogen - most important is E2. Test oestrogen tested, best tested on days 2, 3 or 4. Support proper liver function by liver, digestion and gut health. Elimnate constipation. Detox. Clean up diet. Key nutrients and supplements - C, b complex, milk thistle. Cut out chemicals and products which disrupt hormones eg plastic drinking bottles, swap out for cleaner personal care, cleaning and sanitary products.

I do know about it. There is inflammation in the endometrium that needs to be resolved.

Jessics Jones Endometriosis is a serious reproduction disorder. For you to be dignose you have to have laparoscopy keyhole surgery so the geny can look at your reproduction system and tell if you have it or not. I have got endometriosis and I had laparoscopy keyhole surgery a long time ago after they diagnosed me with endometriosis. I really regret it. Surgery is not an option unless the endometriosis is everywhere. By the way endometriosis can grwo in the bowels, intestines, bladder apart from the reproduction system. Worst case scenario in the lungs. That's why we need to follow holistic approaches. Change diets Avoid gluten, sugar, white rice,gluten, wheat, none organic meat chickens, none organic eggs, all dairy products Do castor oil packs x4 a week Drink apple cider vinegar with blackstrip molasses to get rid of ovarian cysts Green tea decaffeinated one is good for endometriosis Caffeine is big no Drink lots of filtered water

Can we use BPA free menstrual cup? I prefer the cup since my period is super strong for a day and half. I usually get the cup out every 2 hrs since it becomes full. Thanks. I’m also doing castor oil packs daily during my non period days and vsteam twice a week. Thank you

Menstrual cups are usually made of medical grade silicone. Don't use a plastic one

I had estradiol tested on Cycle day 12 (2 days before ovulation) and my level was 399 when the max amount in the mid cycle range is 357 according to Quest Diagnostics. Is this something I should be worried about?

What if you dont have a period bc of an IUD? How do you know when to test estrogen? I have an 8mm pituitary adenoma so I need to be careful until it's resolved.

You should not get tested until the IUD is taken out. I would also make sure you are taking care of your pituitary first.
