If you’re a Nigerian watching this video, I know what you’re thinking😹 Edit: Awwn…thanks for the likes guys, I’m happy we’re all on the same page😂 Garri to the world💃
I have made a similar PB fudge with some modifications. Instead of sugar, I use a tablespoon of (for example) blackberry jam and the 3or 4 fresh blackberries Instead. PB&J fudge. All kids (no age limits) like them.
It looks like the peanut butter squares they used to serve in school lunches many years ago. If it is they used to be very tasty. I always wanted the recipe for those. 😋
I was really surprised when I saw the process of making this dessert because I have never seen such a sweet, I'll try and enjoy it because it's a very delicious dessert. Peanuts should be salted or not? Thanks for sharing my dear. Congratulations !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
@@sst1212 I know it because I have eyes and see the process of the recipe and the lovely ingredients the chef is using and I understand how delicious it is. If you watch the recipes carefully you can easily understand if it is delicious or not. If you also have the experience of making sweets of any kind then you can be sure if the sweet you see is tasty or not.
Did you use more peanuts than recommended? I’ve made it twice now but do not get that peanut butter like consistency. It looks exactly like the video, but at the end, no matter, how long I tend to it, it comes out more liquid than semi liquid. If that even makes sense. But that makes me think that the amount of peanuts needs to go up, the amount of milk needs to stay the same. Thoughts?
@@jlb9368 I don't recall my recipe offhand. But i've always used peanut butter, smooth or chunky, instead of whole peanuts. I use double or even triple the amount of peanut butter than what the recipe calls for. Otherwise you don't get a strong peanut flavor. I have put a small amount of whole nuts in though, just like someone putting walnuts in chocolate fudge. So technically my fudge isn't the samething as this dessert. So maybe try adding additional peanut butter? I hope this helps.
I can't cook it now because my relatives won't let me learn anything 😕 (how to cook)but one day I will cook it for my husband and children or maybe my friends 🙃 🥰 love you guys 😚☺
We make chikkis with jaggery syrup but have never eaten / seen this burfi with groundnut paste. Will definitely try. Can you please tell me if can I use jaggery instead of sugar? Thank you for the recipe.
