Cooking recipe and ingredients:
2 carrots (240 g).
Grate the carrots.
2 eggs
Add sweetener to taste. I have stevia.
Beat the mixture with a mixer.
A few drops of vanillin extract.
120 gr. (4 ounces) rolled oats.
Mix.
Add carrots.
20 ml. (0.7 fl oz) vegetable oil.
1 apple.
Grate the apple.
Mix.
Grease a 19 cm diameter silicone mold with vegetable oil.
Pour half of the mixture into the mold.
400 gr. (14 ounces) cottage cheese or ricotta.
2 eggs.
Sweetener to taste.
Add a few drops of vanillin extract.
35 gr. (1.2 ounces) cornstarch.
Grind with a blender.
Mix.
Pour the mixture into the mold.
Pour the remaining oat mixture on top.
Brush with chicken egg yolk.
Garnish with almond blossoms.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (360°F) for 55-60 minutes.
