Yes! I do have trouble linking skills together. 😅 Thanks so much for this! It was a much needed video. There are so many tutorials of individual skills on RU-vid, but how are we beginners expected to put them together? Especially people who don't have any dancing background and also, it's hard to know what something looks like when I do it unless I film myself which is only possible inside my own living room, but there's not enough space there to do a whole routine. Seeing someone putting things together helps me see what a sequence looks like.
Oh myyyyyy! I just love you to pieces, I want you to know that. You are my favorite skater. I think you may be the best in the world. A lot of people know who you are and say, your videos have taught them all how to skate. You are an amazing human, skater and person. I would love to talk to you someday. I don't know if you have an email people can contact you at or something, but I would just love to know more about you and your skating an such. God bless you, Skates! You are Katie and I've been watching the best of the best, SKATIE! ❤
Anybody else practice and start doing jazz hands n spirit fingers while going around 😂 Skatie bear you never disappoint 😊 P.s. practice makes progress my local tennis courts now allow me to break the rules and flowingly practice in peace.. they enjoy the show and cheer me on. It's freaking awesome! 🎉😏🤫😂
Hi Katie! Whenever I go outside to skate I get nervous, do you have any advice for staying calm when skating around people? Also do you have any balance exercises that you do? Thank you so much for all the awesome videos, you're amazing!
My biggest advice for outside is safety gear and use a staggered stance. I have videos on both skating outside and videos on balancing too. Have fun! xx
skatiee! I need help, so I finally got skates in april and have been using them at home but I realized now that it's getting dirty and hair and other dirt has been getting stuck in the wheels, is there any way I could get rid of them? (also does this affect my wheels?)
Thank you skatie! Your videos are really helpful and my skating is really coming along! But I don’t have any rinks nearby me and I only have a path outside of my house. What skills should I learn in a small space? 🛼🫶🏼
