We prepared steak, and of course we made stew with the head and tail of the steak. Good enough that it couldn't be better. Definitely recommend.
WE WILL NEED:
head and tail steak
300 grams of onion
2 carrots
garlic
tomato sauce
parsley
spices: salt, pepper, paprika
AND THE RECIPE IS:
✅ Cut the meat into larger cubes and season with: oil, salt and pepper. Set aside until use
✅ Cut the onion into cubes and fry for 5 minutes. Add one spoonful of paprika and 50 ml of water, and simmer everything for 5 - 10 minutes
✅ Grate the carrot and add the meat and garlic. Combine everything and let it simmer for 15 minutes. Don't worry, the meat will release its juices. Add a bay leaf
✅ After 15 minutes, add 200 ml of water and continue stewing. We will repeat this for the next 60 minutes.
✅ If you wish, add a little dried fruit because it will give us an excellent aroma
✅ After 60 minutes, the meat is completely soft and we add 200 ml of tomato sauce and 500 ml of water. We leave it on low heat for another 30 minutes
✅ At the end, we add parsley and season to taste and that's it, our perfect goulash is ready.
