The Bajaj Pulsar NS400Z has been launched in India at Rs 1,85,000 (ex-showroom Delhi). This is a limited period offer and Bajaj hasn’t specified the time period for which this price is valid. However, the limited period offer makes the bike almost Rs 50,000 more affordable than the Triumph Speed 400!

This variant of NS should've been launched at least 5 years back. NS 400 RS 400 perhaps an Avenger 400 as well. Bajaj missed a trick by not expanding their portfolio to the 400 segment even though they had all the tech ready from KTM. Tough luck #bajaj

I actually was interested in their CS400 concept, but when Dominar came out, it looked crap. Never upgraded, now I am happy with my 12year old 200NS(yeah it was not NS200), gives a fabulous mileage, easily cruises at around 100-110kph, does the job.

This new Pulsar only has the price and value going for it. It looks like the other Pulsars - hard to distinguish it. Aspirational value is quite low. I wish they bring in the 400SS model they showcased 10 years ago. Or even an RS400 with a little heavier body proportions.
