One thing I noticed is I JUST need some water. If my voice is frying, just drink literally an ounce of water and my fry completely goes away and sounds smooth. If you’re having a hard time, water is super useful.
Hi Mr. S - keep it simple. We breathe between thoughts, as we think, listening to others. Focus on being present and the breath will be there for you. Now, if you find you’re having trouble getting your thoughts out or you’re short of breath or tense, that’s a good time to start to develop your voice, speech and the thing that fuels them all: your breath!
