Would like to thank you for your step by step guide for claiming PIP . After ignoring advice not to attempt to fill in the claim form myself , I decided to go for it alone , not entirely true , everything step of the way I had you , couldn’t have done it without your videos . I was successful so Thankyou so much for your help , you made my journey so much easier . Never stop doing what your doing , you are brilliant ❤️👍 x
Thank you for your information. Getting dressed is just one of my mayor struggles of every day live. It is incredible, how this seemingly insignificant action so seriously effects my daily live.
I could cry Charlie. You & your U Tube channel has been such a support with your advice & humour. I am struggling so much after being so independent & this life now feels like a different reality xx
gutted I didn't find you earlier. I had stroke the first time I was being so called assessed. went to court after the stroke and they said they could not assess me for that as I was being assessed for the original thing which was fibre and injuries from an accident. I am sure to this day the stress of it all caused me to have the stroke in the first place!! I now freeze when I get re assessed and only get the lowest payment
I have just came across your channel, I have suffered for many years finally after a breakdown in 2020 , I finally received a diagnosis of Fibromyalgia, GAD & Depression, chronic Migraine. I had no help with my forms amd tbh I didn't understand the questions much and struggled but I sent in all forms and they said I di t qualify for moving about. Now I've watched this , you make It more clearer to Understand
I wish I’d found your channel sooner, I’ve just had my pip review and it infuriates me when you get the decision letter and it just says “you said you can’t do this, I decided you can”. I managed to get the lowest rate but they are so unfair and just don’t want to help those in need, those that fake it, seem to get the maximum! I’ll definitely be watching all your videos before my next review!
Thanks to your guidance, I posted my PIP form! I'm still terrified, but I made that move. Cross what you can for me. Keep as well as you can my lovely ❤
Advise to all have notes on each subject that applies to u in front of u x I would like to say thankyou for your videos I studied them and asked to record my assessment and two weeks later I got a text I been accepted for PIP x thankyou for your guidance x
Hi, I’ve got ASD too but I was told pip don’t take it into consideration, is this right? How did you manage with the questions in relation to your ASD if you don’t mind me asking? Thank you
I wear flip flops all year round 😂 I can’t put shoes on easily. I’m thinking of claiming but it’s scary. With fibromyalgia it will put me strength into a flare up.
Hi Charlie. Thanks for more great content, having just got my form off again for change in circumstances. I’ve had to change from hoodies to zip ups, trackie bottoms, slip on trainers etc. Getting dressed is becoming difficult as is everything else with the increase in pain and nerve damage. Watching this I feel I could have added a little more information but your channel has helped me immensely over the last month. ❤
I love u Charlie. U r amazing. I have recently been diagnosed with a Frozen Shoulder, Torn rotator cuff and Bicep muscle wastage. Needless to say, I need to contact PIP but don't know how to go about it fro them to re-evaluate my claim xx
THANK YOU SO MUCH, I have just been advised that on my first application I have been awarded Enhances ADL & Mobility. And I am 100% sure it’s because I took your advise on how to apply
Just finished my phone assessment, what an ordeal talking about my physical ability was one thing, then to talk about my mental condition was Horrendous…brining things to surface that I buried along time ago and how this affects me in my everyday life, all to someone over the phone… This assessment processes need to reviewed not people with registered disabilities
You are an amazing problem solver. I wish I had your logic. I am fighting a small claims court dispute atm and hoping to win. Any advice would be HUGELY helpfull. I am in court on Tuesday the 06/02/2024. I am winging it as I have no idea. I am just trying to get a refund and some justice xx
Charlie, it's a tricky one for me as I have a toddler who is 5. I help them get changed putting velcro shoes on, doing up their coat zip and pull on clothes. However, I'm usually too exhausted and in pain to properly dress myself or do anything after. I walk them to school, stopping regularly but by the time I get home I will often need to stay in bed until I need to pick them up. I usually just wear trousers and slip on shoes, but just my bed tshirt underneath a coat I do up with velcro bits. I guess I'm worried about losing my toddler if I try to claim as I always put them first and do things for them but not for me.
What am I supposed to say when I do have to stay in my pyjamas and wear oversized clothes, but I don’t have anyone to assist me because it’s just me and my son (who does help with a lot of other things) I just literally don’t have an opinion and have to just try to work with everything as it comes each day/ Doesn’t that just come under I can get dressed without assistance though?
Have had two rounds of all zero's I have NFD & CFS mental illness breathing problems . Dealing with this making me worse. What should I do about tribunal please?
QUESTION: when you initially ring up pip to be sent the forms to apply, do they ask questions? Do I need to be prepared to answer questions on the form before I’ve got the form? Thank you, love your helping people so much. I’m autistic and suffer with a lot of pain and chronic fatigue from fibromyalgia and other things and I struggle to even initiate the pip process I’m so scared even though I believe I am entitled.
Hi I have a question for anyone that can help.. I was going to appeal as I lost my pip application but my mum died on Christmas eve and I've missed the month to appeal. What can I do??? Please please help?
This is a former (very long) video that has been chopped up into bitesize and more easily digested segments and was recorded before that Loss, so at the time of recording, 100% was a factual statement. The advice is still valid and is amongst some of the best advice that I have seen being given online. Let's not take away the value of the content because of an editing mistake yeah ???
Hello Charlie my name is Sheldon I was wondering if you'll be able to help me with my tribunal case on Pip thank you I don't know how to get in touch with you directly I'm worried about people taking a Mick put my personal details on because you're going to get load of Cranks emailing me or message in me and pretending to be you thank you
