📋 INGREDIENTS:
Dough:
5 eggs
200 g powdered sugar (1 3/4 cups)
70 g all-purpose flour (1/2 cup plus 1 tablespoon)
100 g hazelnuts, ground (1 cup)
1 teaspoon Baking powder
To assemble:
2 sheets of puff pastry
Cream:
500 ml milk (2 cups)
80 g vanilla pudding powder or cornstarch (6 tablespoons)
200 g sugar (1 cup)
250 g butter (1 1/8 cups)
1/4 tsp ground vanilla bean
Baking instructions:
Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 20 minutes on top/bottom heat
Baking pan size: 22cm x 35cm (9 x 14 inches)
