Rob is far better at fixing the lights, than Doc at coaching 😃🤣. How does Doc keeps getting hired for top coaching, commentary…he should write a book about how to crack a job interview when least qualified for it.

I’m not sure many people believed Doc was every very good over time - the media for whatever reason kept pushing the narrative that he is an elite coach. The guy couldn’t make simple adjustments a decade ago and still continuing. His competitors are looking forward to playing against them to get a W.

That's what happens when you aren't a very good X's and O's coach who can't assess his players strengths and more importantly weaknesses. Seriously I been saying that about Doc basically since he arrived in LA and repeatedly failed to make any deep playoff runs forget reaching the Finals they didn't even sniff a conference championship appearence with very talented teams. He may interview well and be a good motivator in the locker room but he's never been talked up as being an adjuster either in lineup selection to possibly create matchup issues or improve the 2nd team when coming off the bench or even coming out of halftime recognizing what might improve play on offense or defense!!! The Big 3"s early success and getting a ring in Boston after what rosters Doc acquired through Danny Ainge's brilliant front office decisions and trades certainly led to people feeling like he was far better than what we all have now witnessed in a decade plus of coming up short with enough talent to confuse anyone who knows that coaching does matter especially when the game comes down to a few possessions in the clutch moments regardless of what Kyrie said in Brokklyn

The Bucks got what they wanted giving up defense for offense in the Dame trade giving up more PPG but increasing their point differential by +1.5 and they fired the coach Giannis picked 🤦🏽‍♂️😂

Don’t know why they hired Doc Rivers. They lost to Wizards and Grizzlies in consecutive games.The Grizzlies have about 3 qualified NBA players and the Wizards are awful.

It's the Bucks front office who must accept responsibility for the teams struggles. Going 30-13 was simply not good enough for this front office, so they fired coach Griffith to hire Doc Rivers who is under .500. Suddenly the front office is content with losing.

I want to see Adrian Griffin get another head coaching job in the NBA. I think many of us are taking this for granted, it's not easy to win 30 games in the NBA by the All-Star break (mid-season). If anything, the team is showing us right now that it wasn't easy.

Doc Rivers coached so many talented players and teams , he won a championship with the Celtics because kg and ray Allen came to Boston, clippers had so much talent never got past 2nd round , 76ers had mvp couldn't get past 2nd round, Milwaukee team won a championship 3 years ago and are worst when he got there

Doc gets 10% and Giannis gets 90% of the blame. The man is the exact same player he was 5 years ago. He STILL can't shoot. If he could ever learn to shoot a 15 footer on a regular basis the Bucks would be nearly unbeatable.

High school coaches call their teams out. It's not throwing the team under the bus. These players are being paid the most money ever and recieve no blame! Why did they really fire AG? Something stinks. Doc didn't want this job. Did AG get fired for asking Thianis why he was there? Everyone was happy when Doc had them winning by 40 and playing defense. What happened? I'll tell you, the players are soft and aren't giving a consistent effort each game! Doc's job is to hold them accountable. Period!

Doc can't coach, he doesn't make adjustments mid game. The players can only do so much on their own, but they need a coach who can offer solutions or go head 2 head with opposite coaches🤦‍♂️

There is zero discrimination in the NBA so long as doc rivers still gets these high profile jobs left and right.

Imahine how Dame feels to finally change his tune and be willing to team up with another superstar and then the team collapeses
