So I should rely on unknown opinions than mine about the knowledge of a physician and ability to communicate. That would not bring out the best possible outcome in the long run . As opinions are emotional outbursts and are mostly one persons perspective. But thank you for your opinion and time .

With due respect sir, my view is based on the point that the doctors must take in the time to explain the details of underlying conditions and best possible options/option of solution considering that it’s the particular patient who’s to be facing the consequences of the treatment along with the expenses that come with it and definitely not a scenario where the doctor doesn’t spend more than a minute to explain or examine anything. I definitely consider it as making an informed decision wrt to health and wellness rather than that of an emotional outburst. :)

And I also believe that it’s multiple person’s collective personal opinions and experience that builds any person’s reputation.

hi, I too had the same problem. but the good news is, u will be fine within a week. plz avoid swimming between 10 a.m and 5 p.m. this is when the uv rays are at peak. if u still want to swim during daytime, cover ur body with a good swim suite or apply a good swimming spf lotion 30mins before u swim.

Stay indoors bro.. it will go on its own. if possible apply anti-tan lotion. u have to take a shower before and after swim to reduce the effect of chlorine. but it's OK if u have not washed after swim. next time try to follow that.
