Thank you. I had a mouthful of mercury fillings and electrogalvanism in the brain. I passed for normal while wondering why I was not like other people. I wonder how I got along and wonder why people put up with my hidden handicap because I didn't perform as one would expect. Thanks to Dr. Hal A. Huggins I got it handled.
People feel like crap because they work in meaningless jobs to pay for shit they don’t want to impress people they don’t like. We then sit in front of social media getting blasted with “advice” on how we should be dancing and skipping happily through the whole shitshow, and if we aren’t, then there must be something wrong with us …welcome to the modern world 🤷♂️
I was a very fit 68year old until I was forced into taking something that was supposed to protect me in late 2021. Gradual paralysis set in and my life now on a walker is a nightmare. Doctors have ruled out a lot of diseases but are clueless as to a diagnosis. Greatest regret of my life.
You are not alone, people were shamed and ostracized if they chose not to take part in the in putting something in their bodies that was rushed and unknown. You did what you thought was the right thing. Very sad.
A sedentary job is a massive killer; I don't care what anyone says. Sitting for long periods of time with only brief breaks makes you stiff, tired, achy, dull and depressed. Then the fat starts piling on, the diabetes kicks in and then high BP, then mood gets even lower. I remedied my desk job by walking 3 hours/day. I walked an hour in the morn, an hour at lunch, and an hour after dinner. Sometimes I would cycle for a change. That's approx 18,000 steps and a lot of fresh air and/or sunshine. The legs feel nicely stretched by the day's end and a lot of stress has been walked off. In the 90's, jobs became more sedentary and in that decade, obesity rocketed.

I hear you! Should we just cut off from it? As a 60s woman, I find it so hard to not care and so hard to not get angry at all the injustice and cruelty. UK feels mean and I feel like I’m wandering in a wasteland. But maybe it's now or never! If I want the last part of my life to be happy, maybe I should just focus on myself - literally.
It's hard to keep going, once you can see things for what they are. It's hard to continue caring when you realize that you have been lied to for a lifetime. You can see the way out, but it's difficult to see how that would happen in your lifetime. We are a species in denial.
I am so glad Dr Dhand is holistically proactive in straightening out and encouraging his patients in this regard! He's one medical professional who is definitely using his medical license and practice to make a positive difference for his patients. It can be done, it all depends on a professional's mindset and what motivates him and her

One thing that is unbelievably overlooked, is the toxic effect of monotony! It is probably the most toxic aspect of modern, industrial culture. Unfortunately, the gate-keepers and rent-seekers that control this society, have ensured that any break from the routine will now cost money----lots of money! People just don't have it! Anyone recall the old saying, "The best things in life are free"? When was the last time you heard it?
There was this Japanese doctor I was watching on NHK World and he said, "How you feel when you wake up in the morning is a strong sign of your health", he went on the say that if we wake up feeling exhausted, nauseous, weak, moody etc, out of the norm we must get to the bottom on it asap.
I wake up feeling despair and wishing I had some genuine illness like plague that means I wouldn’t need to go in to work and subject myself to it. I despise my job with a passion but have to work so many hours it’s exhausting and I don’t have the energy or time to look at the alternatives with a clear mind.
After having 30 surgeries with some serious mishaps I am off many of my meds, walking over a mile a day, eating clean and i feel 30 years younger. Thank you.
Good for you. I am pleased you are feeling the benefit. This is what I needed to hear. All disease begins in the gut so they say. I need sunlight, movement, clean eating and sleep. Keep going you deserve it.
The root of it all is the addictive “garbage food” that people are eating. Which leads them to a doc who then gives them things for their symptoms. Which then cause more symptoms and on and on it goes.
Our body tries to let us know something is up via symptoms, but all we're really interested in is treating symptoms and pretend like we're ok, this is the primary reason i avoid the healthcare system like the plague.
U.S. here. I've noticed that people don't seem to sleep. I see them in and out of their driveway all day, not like they have a solid job they go to then go home, unwind, and go to sleep. They leave, they come back, they leave again. It may be 10 p.m., and they are going somewhere. They can't all be Uber divers. I know someone with a husband, little kid, and three jobs. I had to block her off my phone because she would not stop waking me up, sending me pictures, and junk past 10 at night. Midnight, puppy pictures. Go to sleep!!
You don't actually know a thing about what they're doing or not doing. I assume you don't have a "solid job" either, or you wouldn't spend all day watching your neighbours.
Well you gotta give people a break. They are enjoying life, seeing people, eating food, picking someone up, dropping something off etc. And plus don't forget about the 2 year fearporn lock down. Even iam still feeling the after effects from it (not talking about the jab lol)

Just putting this out there: I'm 55 years old, live in USA. Most days I feel good. I have a job where I move around and walk a lot, which is a big help. Before I go to work, I stretch and do some exercises at home. I limber up. Stress level is probably low, but I try to keep it low. Let things roll off my back. I think I eat OK. Some days, less food is better. I'm not a health nut but I don't ignore trying to eat healthy. No alcohol or drugs. Some days, I simply don't feel well. In my experience, the main reasons why I don't feel as good some days than most days are the following: Upset in the routine (which has to happen on occasion), something I ate, an uptick in the stress level. I think living on Planet Earth, there will be some days where rest is needed and dragging through the day will occur. Don't be a victim, take charge of your life are bits of free advice to feel better. Good luck to all my brothers and sisters!
I ate carnivore for 60 days. 59/f. Hot flashes decreased, inflammation decreased, appetite satiated, no food noise, went down 2 sizes, sleep improved, mood was lifted significantly. The only thing I struggled with was electrolyte imbalances, which gave me heart palpitations. No matter how much electrolytes I drank it never seemed enough. I caved and went back to SAD. The palpitations stopped but I feel crappy again 😭
You are absolutely correct. I am living proof. Last year my body had enough. I felt bad all the time. I thought I was eating healthy but i had horrible hypoglycemia all the time. My blood work was normal and my dr’s were telling me to eat carbs when my sugar dropped. When I felt so bad I was afraid I was going die, I was eating 2500 calories, 300+ grams of carbs felt terrible and was getting worse. I changed to a whole food, high protein, lower carb diet and 6 months later I was feeling much better. It took almost a year before I felt “normal” again. Totally worth the change.
I think one of the reasons why people feel like crap every day might be because they exposed to narcissistic dark energy that robs them of their life force. This could be at work or at home. This is the reason why many people are sick and most doctors behave just like this when dealing with their patients. It is really sad indeed.
I agree, I know that's what's zapping me, literally. I believe they are using frequencies to keep us down. The things being used against us, will soon be used in our favor. I'm ready for the healing frequencies.

Agree - it's a nightmare. And of course, now we're getting all of our information from places like RU-vid.... instead of books. I watch YT every day for hours. It's not good being in front of a laptop all day - I'm physically changing in my neck area - getting that 'hump' of leaning forward into it.

I cannot go into a major town/city without getting sick. I cannot go into a modern building without getting sick. I dealt with this for years, but I was never financially able to put this to the test. Retired and I live in the mountains all summer. I FEEL LIKE A DIFFERENT PERSON. If you think that diet and exercise are the only things making people sick, you are leaving out the air quality and all of the modern building materials that outgas in the heat. For the vast majority of human history, we lived outside or close to it. We have built an entire society that is unhealthy for humans. - Our pollen counts are unnatural, trees and shrubs that were once kept in check by fires are now unchecked. Wanna see some high pollen counts? Look at central Texas in the winter. Because the Juniper trees on the Edwards Plateau never burn, they have taken over vast stretches. Go to Austin and look at the yellow pollen that coats everything from October-March. - It is not just food, it is also air quality.

@antonio. I'm the same way. Flat roofs leak... Poor ventilation. Mold, chemicals from carpet paint chemical fragrances. Not to mention all the laundry fragrances on peoples cloths. Indoor air quality can be 5 times more polluted than outdoor air. I think it's worse than that. But millions of people walk around oblivious.

When I was in my thirty’s I had 4 kids, to make a little extra money, to help pay the mortgage I took a job as a waitress, serving tables, clearing tables, mopping floors, doing cooking, cleaning toilets, stacking and emptying dishwasher, cleaning down kitchen after closing time, it was bloody hard work, then I’d go home and start washing the kids cooking for them helping with homework, sorting their uniforms, doing the hoovering, washing the clothes and bedding, hanging it out to dry, done the shopping, took the kids to and from school, my husband would work shifts in a factory, and then work as a door man at a night club at weekends, we very rarely seen each other. I remember always Ironing his white shirts for the weekend, and hated ironing shirts but it had to be done. I done all this and would start all over again next day, the best part of it was I felt great, and had a nice figure, then when I was in my fifties I had a stroke but I fought it and got back to normal, then a had another stroke more severe this time, 4 months in hospital, lost all use of my right hand side, I’m 65 now and wished I’d lead a better life as I got older, I hate sitting around not being able to do much, I’d love to be able to do waitressing again. And most of all I would hate for people to think I am lazy, I just can’t do it anymore I’m in a lot of pain.
A few weeks after my 1st Astra-zen jab I lost my ability to walk without aid. That was 3 years ago - can so relate to the feeling of frustration- want to do so much - love cooking but it is such a struggle. Hope you get better with time.

I never got c19, but got really sick after heavy trail spraying, spent a month in bed sick as a dog. Hadn't had as much as a sniffle in about 20 years prior to that. Afterwards, things smelled and tasted off for a long time.I mean about 7 months. I spoke to someone who'd had that experience nce and found that when he ate less animal protein, more veg and fruit, he got normal taste and sense of smell back, and felt great again. I tried it, and he was right. Worth at least trying it for a few days. Gave me back my life.

Hearing Dr. Dhand say ‘crap’, made me chuckle. 😂 It’s the only way to say it though. I remember feeling like ‘crap’ every single day. After changing my eating, it all changed. I avoid the middle aisles of the grocery store for the most part. That’s where 99% of the crap is. After changing what you eat, after 3-6 months, you start to notice, and definitely after the 6 month mark, everything changes. More than the physical, it’s the mental changes too. The junk in our food affects everything in our body. Thanks, Doc!

You're describing me exactly and doctors were just throwing medication at me, one being Clonzepam, which was a 3 year nightmare to get off of. I think a great number of these cases could be from Sick Building Syndrome. We live and work in buildings that have mold. Mold creates symptoms like brain fog, fatigue and many others. Even if you try to clean it up, mold, when dying, produces mycotoxins. This is a problem of massive scale.
I kept a clean thick blanket out in the porch hall. One night I wanted it. It was very damp and moldy. I needed it and it was late. I don't have a washer just a dryer. So I dried it and I could SMELL the mold as it was drying. I didn't feel sick. I had to burn incense cuz even though the bathroom door was closed I could still smell it strongly in the next room.

Stress, bad news on many fronts, too much work, too little down time and stress eating to deal with it all. It's no wonder people feel awful so much of the time. It takes a conscious decision to put your own personal health first and stop watching and listening to the news.

I realized years ago where our health system was heading, i knew i had to educate my self as much as possible, invest in a healthy lifestyle, learn to recognize symptoms and treat the cause, it has saved me from so much pain down the road.
It's refreshing to hear a doctor give this advice instead of just prescribing meds. Sadly most people will not take your advice. But many will and be thankful for you. Love this! ♥
This is so true. We owe it to our one and only precious body and mind. I was in that stage, got out of it and went back because of stress and traumatic experiences.
The last time I had a stress test (55), the doctor said I did as well as someone in her late 30s. On paper, I don’t look “healthy,” but I row 3-5 times a week, train with weights, run a hobby farm, and work part-time. I also don’t take any of the drugs my specialists recommend. I eat well, rest well, and take a few supplements.
If I felt like shit day in and day out I’d prefer to be dead. Misery is not for me! When I said this to my Doctor he was horrified. No need to feel horrified when you believe in God and the afterlife.
My best lifestyle change came when I discovered that soy lecithin was causing unexplained bouts of depression. It's a plant-based estrogen and it's everywhere in processed food - bread, chocolate, cookies. I started religiously reading labels and avoiding it and the bouts of depression disappeared. My brother has the same issue. More and more people I know are avoiding food products loaded with additives they can't pronounce.
Look at national everyone is pushing as healthy. It's soy beans. Then there is soy milk. Estrogen can cause breast cancer even in men especially if they have a family history of it.
Walking around my locality, or occasionally travelling across the country, I increasingly see enormous numbers of people who are obviously not very well. Obesity is the main problem, plus general lack of mobility, shiftlessness, an overall mood of hopeless and so many other depressive traits. All of this has been intensely magnified over the last 5 years.
Part of the problem is TV watching. Not only does it represent an impossible comparison to real life, it wastes time and it costs a fair amount of money. A much better way to go is get rid of all those subscriptions, shut down the tube, get out there walking and start reading. Frankly, one long classic novel will substitute for a couple months of TV and you'll get more out of it too.

I am a vegan, eat organic, dont use alcohol or any drugs, have never smoked but when I awake at 1- 3pm I feel like I have 1 foot in the grave. I walk when I'm not in pain, but are very depressed, isolated and lonely. I have PSI (passive suicidal ideation). I need help but my GP is not able. I feel life has no purpose, no meaning. I lay in bed in the dark silence and wish I could will myself to stop breathing. If you have read this comment to it's end I sincerely thank you
I would do the opposite of what you are doing. The first step is to eliminate ALL vegetable oils. Then processed foods and preservatives and sugars. Eat animal products, maybe a few whole vegetables. Throw away the meds and start moving. I promise you, you will sleep when your body needs it. If you can't sleep, get up and walk. I'm 57 but I feel 27. Five years ago, I was in the same place as you. God bless you friend.
You won’t want to hear this but that’s what happens to all vegans eventually, it’s malnutrition. Please consider eating at least eggs or fish, butter…you’ll be amazed how much better you can feel.
Excellent work. Carefully shop for groceries. Buy items with one thing on the ingredient list. Take a handful of sensible supplements. Do yoga. Do some aerobic stuff. Lift weights for core strength. You give excellent advice. I wish I had you for a doctor. I have pre-existing health problems but even for me this is excellent advice. Thank you! We all should take this advice!

Nothing wrong with carbs. I demonized them as well, 25 years ago. A few years later my health went downhill fast. What turned that around? Carbs, from real food, home cooked meals, lots of variety in veg, fruit, etc alongside the animal foods.
@@madeleinegrayson8372you can use Carbs or keystones and natural fats to fuel your body - the later is far preferable and how the body evolved and functions best - it’s not an opinion it’s absolute fact and beyond doubt , Carbs are simply cheap fuel that will spike blood sugar levels , will cause many diseases and it’s proven beyond doubt in the western world , so yes in small amounts crabs are ok for quick energy but in large quantities and bad quality modern processed food there is nothing good about them if you have choice . If you want the best chance at health then it’s Fasting/intermittent fasting , animal based products and those from a ketogenic diet , exercise , some form of meditation , cold therapy mixed with extremes such as sauna/banya - avoid carbs and give your body the nutrients it was designed for and compatible with its digestive system or load up on carbs and hope for the best , but long term you most likely will pay a high price , just like when using cheap fuel in an engine - it works but it’s usable lifespan is always reduced good luck with your view on carbs, it’s your opinion and not what nature had in mind .
I would add - stay away from the gym. The air quality is bad, the pounding music is bad, the showers and changing rooms are of poor air quality, people filming are bad, subscriptions are bad... just get moving in nature!
I'm 64. Had a checkup back in 1990 for a merchant mariner document. Since retired. Got a job on land working 40 hours a week in a factory. Never felt better. Stay active.
Not getting enough time connecting with nature may be part of the problem. And life in front of screens (like me, now!) is probably not helping reverse this scenario. It’s a receipe for future human mental and physical disaster…globally.
@@drsuneeldhandYes, I love to walk and enjoy the Finnish nature ( not crowded) in our big lake area . We have the holiday home here . My mental health becomes so much better compared with the city life . We can pick up all the possible berries freely. I can sleep very well usually. We cannot just sit and eat ...I do not eat in the morning. My French cousin does not follw that. Eat well, sleep properly ( night owl) and exrecise. I need to sleep about 7 hours or little more. God bless ❤ Ps. Life is SHORT indeed . 🎯
@@raulikalervo Keep it up! I’m lucky to work as a self-employed gardener. It might not pay well, nor great for my social life, but I’m still standing and useful at 64!
My dr thinks I'm NUTS that I will not take prescriptions. I had to research and heal myself! No more pre diabetes , NO fake food, nothing with more than three ingredients that I know what they are. Slowly healing. Thank you Dr! ❤
Would be wonderful to have you as my doctor…luckily I have taken my health into my own hands. My whole family is dietetic, and being the youngest, I have always feared the weight and dreadful disease and have been very proactive to keep my weight in check. Not,easy, but necessary to avoid the outcomes in my family 😢. It has to be a way of life not a diet. I have recently went on a lower carb diet…nothing extreme, by of a zero processed foods and no breads because they upset my IBS or cause it, not sure, but I feel great. I like to think I broke the horrible cycle my whole family has suffered being fed the standard American diet and following their “doctors “ advice of medications over diet. It is sad, but true. Thanks Doctor…your words are inspirational ☺️
