Hi Doc, for someone having acne issue, pigmentation what should be the frequency of using acne care regime(salicylic acid/benzoyl peroxide/niacinamide...), pigmentation regime (alpha arbutin/ Vit C...) and anti-aging regime(retinol/Vit C...) in a week.

I formulated a cream through a compounding pharmacy here in the US. Txa 6%, niacinamide 2%, Azeleic acid 6%. Anther cream is hydroquinone 12% with ascorbyl palmitate 5%. Is it okay to layer these or use them at different points of the day? Thanks.

I have oily skin and have been doing the following Paula's choice toner, Paula's choice BHA exfoliate, Natrium Azelaic acid, Avene Retinol 0.1 (not combined with BHA exfoiliant), Paula's choice omega moisturizer and Elta Md sunscreen. I have been watching religiously and hope I am on the right track. For my leg hyper-pigmentation I repaired my barrier and am using mandelic acid and alpha arbutin for the left over dark spots and Shea butter mixed with other oils.

Currently I follow double cleanse with COSRX and for the PM I follow Be minimalist hyaluronic acid, alpha arbutin, tranexamic, vitamin c, pauls skin barrier moisture n then squalene

@@nehapandey9739 truthfully it didn't do good for me neither. I switched to Paula's choice toner and Paula's choice BHA, But the thing I'm liking the most is Good Molecules hyperpigmentation serum and their toner. It's been helping me so far. I'm going to stick with this for about a few months.

Hello! Big fan 🤩 anywho, I was curious on your thoughts on Nadinola fade cream. I see this product at Walmart often only in the ethnic section. I also have seen quite a few videos of others using it but may not be good for me. Not too sure what are your thoughts ?
