One of my favorite non doctor/companion characters. I love the other two as well. They make a great trio. I wish we could see more of them. I’d love them with the 13th Doctor. Comedy potential with Strax finding out the Doctor is now a woman. I’d also like to see more of one of my favorite species, the Ood. Maybe not all that red eye stuff but heavily involved in an episode.
Strax shows that, given a chance, Sontarans can grow beyond their "programming". He no longer wants to kill everyone, at times he is genuinely friendly, caring, and helpful. Really deserved his own show, with Vastra & Jenny. And Clara.

Ah, that's me several years ago deciding to use a royalty-free song off RU-vid that had an audio watermark over the top. Luckily I've found websites with free music these days to stop that from happening again.
