What if Dimensions in Time - the 1993 Doctor Who anniversary special - had been slightly better?
Made entirely using BBC footage and effects from the 80s or early 1990s, primarily mixing the 6th and 7th Doctor intros, with the old Doctors' faces and the 30th anniversary logo from BBC video adverts; the TARDIS from a Doctor Who episode of 'Search out Space'; and a continuity announcement from 'More than 30 Years in the TARDIS'.
All video belongs to the BBC.

Clever! Unlike a lot of tribute projects - this is pretty basic and unpretentious which is PRECISELY why I could believe this is a video from a paralell universe (it looks precisely like what the BBC would have done production and transmission wise in 92/93 [i.e. just enough, unlike in 95/96 or 2004/5]). They would never have gone to the effort of a full rebrand so this is spot on. They don't even give the continuity anouncer more than 10 seconds to do his spiel which was pretty much the BBC's attitude before Spielberg etc started waving wads of cash and series bibles in their faces during the mid 90! The Dark Dimension would have been shown like this and Dimensions In Time is a half arsed replacement for that much lamented "movie'", so logically this works. This intuitively matches the BBC Enterprises/BBC Worldwide stuff and they were basically looking after the show at that time as the BBC just wanted to make money out of a show that was costing them virtually no money!

Thank you! I was aiming for it looking believable - all of the video used is from the early 90s or late 80s (with a bit of Colin Baker's title sequence in there as well). I think the only anachronism is the addition of the BBC logo at the start, but that was just a nod to modern Doctor Who intros.

@@EditsandStuff350 Have to use artistic license sometimes. It's a good short hand way of saying 'this is pre- 2000...'
