Doctor Who Is BACK! - "Space Babies" Review 

this might be the most out-there episode i've ever seen of any scifi show or maybe any show. babies in charge of a space station, on strollers, and a snot monster.

For me, and all the adopted kids I've known over the years (since 1960) we're really tired of the phrase "abandoned", and characters who are "obsessed" with knowing who their bio-parents are. I'm sure it happens, but I think it's the exception, especially when you've had great parents. (I can't remember a time since my birth (in 1960) I didn't know I was adopted.) (And I was lucky to move away from the U.S. in the late 60s, and started watching The Doctor, William Hartnell.) As always thank you so very much for the videos. I did grow more curious when I started having children, and medical folks would ask about family history. And when I'd started being gifted with grandkids, one of my children got curious and did a DNA test, and I discovered my bio family, and it's Awesome. (My bio-father was in two Wars (Korea, and Vietnam,) and orbited around the planet on The Enterprise! (Sailed aboard the aircraft carrier.) I'm not sure I like/dislike the explanation of The Doctor's name. (I mean, we've been told he has a name, but can't share it. Right?)

How did RTD get the sky to look like Who's introduction (saturday morning).

All of the negative reviews im seeing are really annoying me, because the show is BACK and so much fun. I think people just need to go in with an open mind and see the show as what it is as a goofy low budget space sci fi time travel show. Its a show that has silly episodes one week and then next week rip your heart out. The Beatles episode reminded me of the Shakespeare historical esc episodes we’ve had in the past from Russel T davies and I thought it was great.

Well getting to music battle in episode 2 I'm guessing ruby's "mother"... "he couldn't be there" is the oldest god of the pantheon Presumably that must be he who waits. Episode 2 much better than the cluster that was 1 with it being maybe the 10th worst Dr who episode of all time hartnell onward. Maestro starting the opening theme was very nice transition.

“Strong Start”! 🤣 you’re space crazy! Why are you being so generous? This is absolute fodder for those cynical RU-vidrs making money off their “doctor who is dead” videos. I can see why Disney played two episodes because the first one was shite!!! Giving Orphan 55 a run for its money. All that triumphant incidental music, constantly playing and them joyously talking non stop. “oh it’s so much fun babes.” 🤮 was it made for 9 year olds? Terrible episode that needs to be scrubbed from the timeline. Farting space stations and bogey monsters, I need the mind probe to wipe my memory. Yes, the Mind Probe! Now the Devil’s Cord, that was a great episodes… except the dance number at the end.

Less than 5min into this episode I didn't ever want to see this doctor and to lesser extent companion again. I'm now 38min in and need another (3rd so far) extended break; this is the worst written, worst thought out and worst doctor by far with maybe 10th wost companion ever. I see some lists including the brigadier and other non companions as companions.. I exclude those as he is not a companion. Every second is painful to watch. Colin Baker would be the only doctor even remotely as irritating at his worst and he's not remotely close... The gulf between colon bakers annoyance level and this joker is about the same as your 2nd best friend to worst enemy.
