I also had experience in India but did not use it because I was making enough CRS Points, only with Canadian Work Experience. In case anyone of you wants to use your previous experience just add the documents I added for my Canadian Experience. Peace 😀🕊

Travel Document - Passport, Study visa, Temporary Resident Visa 5. Proof of upfront Medical exam (E-medical information sheer) 6. Education Degrees and Transcripts (including Bachelors) 7. Police Certificates PCC from India and RCMP clearance from Canada 8. Proof of Means of Financial Support - (Portfolio, Last 3 months bank statements, Notice of Assessment, T4 from Employer) 9. Digital photo 10. Client Information- Letter of Explanation (Proof of funds, RCMP clearance letter)

Heads up: 1. Passport(front & back is fine) 2. Medical ( you can submit the old one, it should be under 5 years) 3. Just submit PCC from your country, they don’t need RCMP 4. Work experience letter, last 2 paystubs are fine with T4. 5. Proof of funds, just attach your recent paystub( CEC) , no need of any explanation letter, they know already. 6. Pay ahead your Biometric fee with the application fee or they will ask later, might slow down the process so doing upfront is better. 7. ECA is fine for education docs and completion letter and transcript from canada study. They don’t need your degree from another country, just ECA 8. Now the average time is between 3-4 months if everything is good with the docs.

What about the job experience from India, did you not add it? It has 50 CRS points, plus what if someone stayed outside India (not in Canada) then it also needs a police clearance for that country? Btw, you are doing great work..

I did not mentioned my one-year work experience in India when applying for my study visa of Canada. Now that I'm in Canada for my studies, I'm creating an Express Entry profile and want to include my work experience. I have documents to prove it. Will this be a problem since I didn't mention it before?

@@steezylil6911 Yup. Even in study permit applications, we are supposed to declare your work history, which we did not. If we decide to declare it now, IRCC will suspect that you are conducting misrepresentation.

Sir, the bachelor degree documents which we submit from India to get our canada pg diploma study visa, those Indian study documents must/compulsory need to be submitted in the file at the time of PR Or we can also avoid those documents for some reason... For example if ECA Report is not possible.

If you could show us the reference letters that you received from your employers both in India & Canada then that would be extremely helpful. You don't need to show the original letters. Travel doc. is Passport, Study visa is the stamp which you get on your passport and study permit is a paper which you get after you land in Canada.

Is it possible with PCB ? I also have a gap between 10th and 12th due to my family financial problem. Is there any problem with the gap? "10th in 2017 and 12th in 2022" please elaborate about it.

Sirrr we are from India with 2 years experience only in india...can we apply for PR for Canada.. from india.. I don't have anything from Canada.. as in no study in Canada.. no job experience in Canada.. please let me know yes or no.. should I apply or not.. or student visa is only good option

Do i need to prove my income on NOA as it is more than my T4? or shall i include all the T4 to justify my income? Also, is that okay if my time overlaps in personal history coz i worked part-time jobs along with full-time job?

An individual named gurmeet grewal has repeatedly removed pictures of Sant Jarnail Singh ji khalsa and deep sidhu from the London gurudwara (canada). His family said we will remove the pictures as many times as they put up. The committee is taking no action against the perpetrator and instead passively supporting him . Hello sir mera 1 dost he jo khandani rich he to usne jo mujhe questions puche vo me apse puch raha hu...I hope u answer 1. Is there any way to get PR directly if you are rich. 2. If in case in his application he got less points are there any courses in CANADA where you can he can get addmission and don't have to do too much hard work..so that they can help in getting more points...& does doing courses such as acting, singing,& other art course where you don't have to study in Canada for 1-2 yrs help you in getting more points when you submit application from India or do they don't give you points even though you got addmission in college and got admission letter just because you don't need to study in this kind of course 3. Do you need to pay taxes if you transfer money from India to Canada and use it to buy stuff For example As I told you my friend is rich and if he get to Canada through express entry and got PR upon arrival and decided to buy a car and house in Canada within a month after arrival does he need to pay taxes on the money he got in his Canadian bank account from Indian account as it would be a huge amount such as $5-6 million or does he not need to pay any tax as that money was not earned in Canada. Sir I hope you can Answer this as I have never seen a video on this topic anywhere since this is a rare case...by the way L❤VE ur Videos....
