It is wonderful that you are open to discussing all of your personal experiences with this. For someone who has never done this before, it can be scary because you don't know what you're getting into. Your videos helped us so much when we purchased early this year. Thankfully for us, we owned the land we put the house on so we were able to use it as collateral in lieu of a monetary down payment. We had a construction loan that was converted just last week so we got 2.75% interest fixed! We could not be happier!!
