Low production in '03....nice truck! Weird how they put leather seats in there but didn't go for the power overhead console and power windows and locks. I have the original purchase sheet with mine and the guy paid $38,758.55 including taxes here in Ontario for a fully loaded black RC R/T and he DIDN'T get the leather seats!!!! Go figure!
when i dragraced years ago,i tried not to ever race other mopars,but amateurs who couldnt cut a light,an mustangs an camaros with punks driving them..my duster ran 8.50,s an 60,s at 4900 rpm,, in drive,an i allways cut lites below 550 or so,an it would run dead on on occasion, legal bracket racing,no goin to jail etc...3.55 gear and mcreary drag tires..
nice dak I have a 02 I'm working on it still a project I have 20s on it lowered 3 in on front n 4 on back it had a v6 but I got it out n put a srt4 neon engine on it with a turbo will post a video latter... but its all black with chrome rims it locks exactly like urs....

mine on my r/t why you need any taller..i,ll never understand..power first,then looks........mine are stock 17,s..an is lowered by whoever previous owner was an moded etc, has to have 93 octane...
sweet truck brian. I have a 03 also. everything is stock on it but first to get upgraded is a magnaflow HP cata inverter with a flowmaster super 40. Mine seems a bit high so i wanna drop it 3" front and back and ditch the stock chrome rims and get new 17" black rims since i love the way it looks with red body and black rims. When i got fresh paint a little while ago i de badged it and it looks really clean but you got the same idea i want, i wanna get the R/T badge in the grille. One thing though, you should ditch the rear tail lights, its super ricer lol. Im get some LED tail / head indicators, i got those for free and it looks super clean day and night. Where did you get those R/T seat covers and did you get the grille badge for free?? I tried to get a chrome R/T badge at a dodge dealer and they wanted 75 bucks for it! All in all you got a badass R/T!
It makes the truck when u lower it that's for sure! That's how the truck came factory! it came with leather and the R/T badge on it! So i really have no idea where you can get them from?? Maybe from the dealership?? IDK. And the R/T decal in the front was from the dealership. It was $75.00 . & Thanks mann!! :)
i have a 97 dakota 4x4 and im looking to build it up and lower it and make it a fast lil truck but would having the 4x4 really matter i feel like it would be stupid to have 4x4 and then lower a truck

i paid 500$ to get one to fix up and it runs but i cant drive for 2 more years :( but it has the stock v8 magnum and it is the 360 5.3 i think it makes almost 300 hp and drag racing the thing against my brothers 02 f150 witch has the bigger v6

Jake how do u explain trucks like the ford lightning, chevrolet extreme, dodge ram srt10. These are trucks and they are sport trucks that don't haul anything but ass. Go back to farm. YOU'VE been served son
those are full size trucks with much bigger engines than the dakota. they're meant for sport but no one in the right mind would lower one and put chrome rims on it. at that point if you want something that hauls ass just by a muscle car. my friend owns a 1970 chevelle and I'd take it any day over my dakota
+Jake Elliott I think his truck looks great. It looks clean and has a 5.9(360). This truck with a 5.9 is meant for sport. Also the extreme doesn't have a bigger engine and is smaller than the Dakota and is meant as a sport truck. If you want a truck meant for the farm buy 3500 Ram
+ThePjcull I just think there's no point in the 5.9l. it's a much bigger engine that only produces 20 more hp than the 4.7l and uses way more gas. the only thing I think is dumb about this dudes truck is the fact that he lowered it and put chrome rims on it. makes it look more like some kid's Honda civic than a truck
