Vintage power wagons rebuilt my Trico vacuum wiper motors and did a really great job with them.

Mike, if you can get yourself a pot sandblaster and some big tarps, you'd do well to sand blast that frame and inner frames, the result should give you a good finish. The other parts you can obviously do in the cabinet. Wire wheeling that frame is a pain in the ass on the WC-51 so I'd imagine it'd be a nightmare on the M37.
