Just so everyone knows. There’s a company that makes the merged fenders. They’re costly af at $1350 but makes the process doable for anyone with a set of tools
I recently got in a crash with my magnum and my front passenger side got clipped and broke my fender and the support for the lights, bumper and whatnot. I just bought a part car to fix it and this video was super helpful!!! Thank you.
ive got a magnum im gonna do this too, gotta bit of work i gotta do on the engine (simple maintenance stuff like spark plugs etc) but this is on my list for sure
I love this idea , but where do you murge the fenders at ? Like right behind the wheel towards the door or is it like the front 6inches of that fender ?

Mock it up first to make sure all the wires are correct. It took me about an hour per side, but I have a background in electronics. Make sure everything works before filling shrink tubing everything. eBay sells the charger harness for about 30bucks for the set. Leave enough wire from the magnum just in case you have to swap back to the magnum headlights. Don’t pay more than $50 for the harnesses though. Also, some of the wires on the charger will not be used. Only use the ones in the diagrams below. Buy a new headlight switch also because more current will be pulled causing your old light switch to fail. I got the upgraded stitch with the new dog light switch. Right 2 Ground. Fog Blk/(TN/DG) 3 DRL Lamp. Fog WT/YLW 4 Park Lamp. WT/VT 5 Turn lamp. WT/TN 8 Front light fault sensor 9 Low Beam. Low WT/TN 10 Ground. Low Blk/DG 11 Ground. Blk/DG 12 High Beam WTIGRY Left 2 Ground. Fog Blk/Brn 3 DRL Lamp Fog WT/YLW 4 Park Lamp. WT/VT 5 Turn lamp. WTILG 8 Front light fault sensor 9 Low Beam. Low WT/DB 10 Ground. Low Blk/LB 11 Ground. Bik/LB 12 High Beam. WT/LG
I did this & a widebody on my now sold 2013 charger srt. Ima biomedical tech so wiring was easy but I definitely over paid for the pigtails, some sites were like 200$ for the 2.
Yes I did it on my 2013 charger srt8 including widebody (sold it about 2 weeks ago) 1.5years since I finished it. It’s my profile picture. & I didn’t need to merge fenders for the swap.
