Padres just gave up 3 top 12 prospects in their acquisition on Rays reliever. I think the pie in the sky fantasy where we keep all of our top prospects and get impact players in return is over. If we want impact players we will have to touch many in our top 10. If we don’t get impact players at the deadline, we need to really stop saying “let Friedman cook” and “Parades over prospects.”

I like the idea of adding a quality bullpen piece, especially with the rookie starting pitchers cooking. Why not move Mookie back to the outfield and platoon SS and 3rd with Rojas, Ahmed, Keke and Taylor?

Andrew Chafin is a good option too. Maybe we can get him in the same deal as Jack Flaherty.

Dodgers first choice should be T Scott and their second option should be A's reliver Miller. However, for a non-pitcher the first option should be the A's Rooker in the OF. We shall see

Overreaction. Sort of. Our pen has been taxed,.and Doc/Prior/bullpen coach is still experimenting on our pen n seeing what we can n can't get. We def need Scott though. A strong Lefty.

If you're out here thinking/saying that the bullpen is not a huge area of concern, then you just haven't paid any attention to what's going on this season (and in fact the past few seasons) and you just have zero credibility. This bullpen has got to be the worst bullpen in MLB and if someone doesn't do something to address the issues we'll be doing another early October exit from the postseason. In case you can't understand, let me say it this way: THE BULLPEN IS A HUGE AREA OF CONCERN!!!!!

Get a grip. A few blown leads doesn't mean the bullpen sucks. The Dodger's bullpen is FAR from being the worst in the MLB.

@@evilgiraffe a few blown leads? Have you even watched this team this year, or even over the last few years 🤔. This team's bullpen doesn't exactly instill fear in anyone, and in fact people are generally of the opinion that no lead is safe. Blowing a 5 run lead last night, and a 5 run lead in the bottom of the 9th in Philly says pretty much all that needs to be said about the bullpen. You're the one who needs to get a grip on reality.

@@claytonlockhart5649 Just check the stats my friend. The bullpen has consistently had one of the lowest ERAs and WHIPs in the league. Have you noticed how the front office revives pitchers careers? They know what they're doing,. Relievers are volatile. Meltdowns happen to every team. Dodgers will be fine.

@@evilgiraffe low ERA doesn't mean as much when you're talking about the relief pitcher's effectiveness. A relief pitcher gives up a run or two and blows a save and or the game has a low ERA but still doesn't help the team win games. I'm more concerned with how many times games have been lost because the bullpen can't hold a lead, which we've seen way too often the last few years.

The biggest Dodgers problem is Robert, he is not Bochy. Bochy is a master of telling the pitcher what to throw. Bochy will spot a batter-off day or adjustment.
