As an “inSomnia” since Minx days, it does indeed suck that their first win was stolen but I firmly believe....1) a win is coming & 2) it actually created an even deeper bond between the girls & their fans!

And what happend with their recent comeback? They removed the voting for international fans just to bring it back a few days after dreamcatcher's promotion ended. I cant describe how much i hate the show... I've never hated something more in my life than them. I get so mad everytime i watch this part of the video. honestly i hope they get their first win on another show. The Show don't deserve dreamcatcher

I really believe in Dreamcatcher and i think the Dystopia Series brought them a lot of hype. Their Views are way higher then their Mvs in the Nightmare Series and i still firmly believe in Dreamcatcher. They have an extrem loyal and one of the kindest Fanbases in Kpop and i know that they know that.

Odd Eye definitely deserved a first win, it’s completely bs that they didn’t.

It's insane because people still have the audacity to say that Dreamcatcher is not an underrated group. Compared to some really unknown groups, DC is on another level, yes. But every single time they are shut down by the korean entertainment industry. You'd think with their impressive feats so far and international popularity that they'd be awarded more opportunities like variety show appearances, advertisement deals, etc but they're not. It took them this year with this Odd Eye comeback to finally get their own episode on Weekly Idol. A show that frequently brings on very unknown groups to have their own full episode or complete unknown rookies with their own episodes and yet DC an almost 4 year old group not having one until now., They've been on Weekly Idol before but both times they had to share the episode with another group and one of them was for barely 10 minutes or so. You can't help as a DC fan to think that the industry is really trying hard to suppress their growth and popularity domestically in Korea. As much as their international strength and popularity is, it's nothing compared to what is necessary for them to break out in their own country.

Nice reaction. Dreamcatcher has done 3 world tours, visiting North and South America, Europe, Oceania and Asia. Cities visited Buenos Aires (Argentina), Santiago (Chile), Lima (Peru), Bogotá (Colombia), Panama (Panama), Taipei (Taiwan), Tokyo and Kobe (Japan), Singapore City (Singapore), Manila (Philippines) , Seoul (Korea), Melbourne (Australia) canceled due to fire, Sydney (Australia), Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia), London (UK), Milan (Italy), Berlin (Germany), Warsaw (Poland), Paris (France), Amsterdam (Netherlands), Helsinki (Finland), LA, Chicago, Dallas, Orlando and Jersey City (USA). Also during 2020 they did two online concerts due to the pandemic and the second of them, "7 spirits", was with a live band. Thanks for reacting to my fave guide, although quite frustrating and heartbreaking. I know I'm biased but I don't know of any other kpop group who has consistently put out so much top tier content for this long, toured worldwide more than most, and have done almost everything they can so far, YET still have relatively little recognition and popularity in Korea compared to their peers (and what they deserve). But Dreamcatcher and InSomnia soldier on because that's what we do. Hwaiting!

No matter how many times I watch this vid it gets me mad not at the groups but THE show I hate them they rob DC every time they get a chance

Knowing and experiencing their history and struggles tends to create a much stronger bond between our fandom and these girls than other groups and their fandoms. I’ve never wanted a group to succeed or get a win more than I do with Dreamcatcher.

In the start they struggle to sell 4000 albums but right now they sell 42000 album in one day and 120k albums in a month im so proud insomnia 💜

As a somnia since debut that day of their "stolen win" is still the worst day ever I had experienced in these 4 years.. can't imagine how the girls must have felt 😔 honestly I don't want to believe in music shows or other companies plotting against them but it's just too much coincidence every damn time they are close to get their 1st win, something has to happen with the yt views, changes on the voting apps, and everything.. It's just so weird... Well i should not think too much on that, maybe they really are just coincidences but well, I really wish and hope Dreamcatcher get their well deserved win soon 😊

Everglow's company Yuehua Ent is as massively wealthy as any of the big Korean companies but the funds for the Korean subsidiary agency are based in China so people don't usually count them as one of the richest in Korea. Yuehua has also been known to "buy" their way into entertainment markets in China (Produce 101, Youth with You, Rocket Girls , UNINE etc) .....allegedly. Also, with their idols for Produce X (X1) in Korea... proven. And I know this is sensitive for some, but also the mysterious late jump in rank for Yena to debut in Izone (PD48, also proven to have vote manipulation). I'm not saying they bought Everglow their first win... BUT i'm also not NOT saying it. Hmmmm ~~~~~~~~

Until Now The Show was shit to Dreamcatcher never giving them First Win

Dreamcatcher is out of the conventional this is most likely the reason why theres is always somenthing against them. DC has a lot of international support but back in Korea things are different they prefer other kinds of groups. Its very shady how thing went down everytime DC get an oportunity for a first win. This is just my opinion, I like Everglow, got nothing against them i think they are very talented, funny, crackheads i love them its a great group but men they were a rockie group against DC with one of the top songs and performance. Even with DUN DUN or their recent comeback they got not chance against Deja Vu. The fact that Everglow's Company is very weird and had a history of doing shady stuff plus the alleged shaved numbers and stats is not crazy to say they stole DC first win. Odd Eye is maybe the best song from DC and again youtube numbers were shave and add back only when the whole thing was over. These is what I'm afraid of, DC its getting more support but everytime they comeback there is at least 50% chance that shady stuff will happen and other groups will edge them for a few points. Theres no doubt they are gonna make great music, but getting a first win on these shows in the end like it or not is never gonna be easy for a group out of the conventional kpop sound if its not one of the big 3 group or fuckin BTS men i mean lets be honest doesnt matter even if BTS do a worst comeback than other groups they have golden pass to get the win bro thats how much influence and support they have. These shows are around controversial and things that happen behind doors, bc of the impact that the winning group gets on the market and public, its not surprising large companies wants their groups to win under any cost after all number$ its part of the music industry and this is why these shows sometimes dont really care about music or performance. So being realistic I dont expect DC to get a win in the near future for the way these shows are manage or maybe after a few more times finally they will give them one at least. All i know for sure I'll keep supporting them and listen to their great music

Hey! So, there's going to be a LOT of angry comments directed at The Show, as is usual whenever there's a reaction to this video. While, what The Show did back in 2019 was shady af, and we all hate them for it... We still don't have definitive proof for more recent stuff. Like The Show being canceled for covid during DC's first week of Boca promotions (when they're at their highest chance of winning), or just removing international votes for this past comeback. Honestly, a lot of these may very well be coincidence, and we should hold our thoughts until we get a couple more comebacks before saying anything. A lot of us Somnies tend to jump the gun when it comes to anything even remotely close to this kind of stuff. Like this past comeback, YT had froze views for Odd Eye, and the views really picked up and got counted after promotions were over, but that event has nothing to do with the music shows, and we wouldn't even had beaten Golden Child even with the updated views. People just need an outlet to blame or vent. That being said, while it IS a shame that DC doesn't have a first win yet, their popularity is still on an upward trend, and it doesn't seem like it'll stop anytime soon. They're finally getting on more and more variety shows, and their album sales are only going up. DC also pulls a good amount of money from their tours and concerts. While DC doesn't have the funding of some other groups, they're doing quite well financially, so they're not going anywhere anytime soon. At this point, a first win isn't as a priority as it was over a year ago. DC themselves have stated multiple times that they don't want us to apologize for a lack of a first win, and that they don't want us to be sad. So it seems that at this point, the first win is a little more of a bonus to appease fans. With the continual upward swing of popularity, it's only going to be inevitable that DC will get their first win. It's just a matter of time. We just need to stop expecting it every comeback, and simply cheer our girls on.
