Great job with these videos. I'm considering L3 L4 fusion after consulting with a Neurosurgeon. I have broad disc protrusion in L3 L4 and annular bulging at L4 L5. Also arthritis through L1-5. Thanks for sharing!

This is a great point about doctors being upfront with the patient about what they can help with and what they cannot help with and the expectations for the future. I had neck surgery in 2020 with a horrible outcome and then a revision surgery in early 2023 with a much better outcome but I still have chronic pain coming from my neck. Back in 2020 I never thought my life will be so limited from that point on. Again, clear expectations and potential outcomes.

Hello I’m juned ahmed I live ,in New York. I feel lot of lower back pain and the pain always gone down my both leg foot.I can’t work,driving,standing seating anything and now I took mri test and results is ( T12-L1 and LI-L2: No disc bulging or herniation. No spinal canal or foraminal stenosis. L2-L3: No disc bulging or herniation. No spinal canal or foraminal stenosis. L3-L4: No disc bulging or herniation. No spinal canal or foraminal stenosis. L4-I5: No disc bulging or herniation. No spinal canal or foraminal stenosis. 15-S1: Mild central leftward disc herniation, left lateral recess spinal stenosis and impingement on the descending left s1 nerve root sheath (axial T1-weighted image 35, series 9). No spinal stenosis or significant foraminal narrowing bilaterally. IMPRESSION: 1. Transitional thoracolumbar vertebra designated as a L1 vertebral with right greater than left-sided ribs. 2. Mild central leftward L5-S1 disc herniation, left lateral recess spinal stenosis and impingement of descending left S1 nerve root sheath. 3. No spinal stenosis. ) after getting results dr gave me two injections both sides on my back but I can’t feel better yet . so what should I take as better treatment. and I will feel get better. is anybody here could you help me please
