If a person is questioned by a cop and don't want to engage, do they tell the police , I wish to remain silent?

I'm not a lawyer, but yes. You don't have to talk to the police in Canada. I think Runkle of the Bailey has a video on this

NEVER TALK TO POLICE! We all have the right to remain silent at all times with anyone, not just the police. The pigs will just spin your words to hurt you in order to feed their SADISTIC PLEASURE of power over others with IMPUNITY.

Ok question about this. I have heard about people that have been extradited to the USA, for crime against the American citizens, government laws etc. Once you have arrived in the USA, can you plead the 5th or plead the 13th whatever, section whatever? I only know American laws like you, from TV shows. Can the extradited persons still use Canadian laws or forced to know about American laws?

You are subject to the laws and constitution of where you are being prosecuted, so yes in the USA you can just use the 5th amendment.

I was actually more interested in police interactions, thats why I think the majority of people would be searching the 5th amendment equivalent in Canada.

I too am interested in what rights we have to remain silent when dealing with the police. Also, I have often heard that you cannot be forced to testify in court against your spouse. Is this true in Canada or just a myth? Thanks for the videos.

All Lawyers charge above normal to defend disgusting crimes. If you stopped sniffing little girls panties when at the Mall, you wouldn't need the services of an exceptional lawyer like Mr.Kruse, just a regular one would do...
