Hi doctor, I m living in Chennai and basically from Delhi... My problem is my hairline... that might have come from genetics bcz my mother's hairline is a bit up but unlike her ,the hairs from my hairline r very thin a part of that I got extremely long , straight and silky hairs. And just bcz of my hairline I can't make high ponytails or I need to avoid tieing my hairs. Suggest me the best idea or treatment for it... Hello, Do not consider derma roller to be a method of drug delivery system. Agar aapko parachute ya kalonji ke oil se irritation, allergy, ya inflammation nahi hai, toh hi use karein, nahi toh woh badh sakti hai. Derma roller ko use karne ke 6-8 ghante baad prayog karein.

hello sir thanks for the proper information of dermaroller effects. i would like to ask you regarding hair thinning i am about to start my hair treatment from tomorrow i just want the second opinion from you.. my dr. gave me the choice before opting for prp therapy. She has given me minoxidil solution 5% chekfall, hairbless & finalo tablets for a month . So can i use derma roller with this process also ?? and if yes then how many times we have to use it in a month. As per my dr my hair thinning is genetical problem and its in a starting phase. Hello sir, I had hair fall issue last year so I consulted a dermatologist and he prescribed me finasteride for 15 days, ketoconazole for 2 months and multivitamins for 3 months and the response was too good but I have a question - what should I do to regain hair density specially on my forehead?

Hair growth depends on a lot of factors. In day to day life, eating a well balanced diet rich in proteins, vitamins and minerals ( milk and milk products, eggs meat, fresh green vegetables, nuts, almonds, jaggery, fresh fruits, falx seeds, broccoli,etc), adequate hydration, sleeping for at least 8 hours, maintaining proper scalp hygiene and hair oil massage, with a good lifestyle, goes a long way in keeeping hair healthy. Its great that you consulted a dermatologist for treatment, and followed the instructions. You should visit for a follow-up, so that your progress can be monitored and further instructions if required, can be suggested.

Bhai jb koi factor ni milta to stress ko zimmedar bana dete hai . Sir agr hair fall hoga to automatically hi stress aayega .

I used it just for 4 times twice in a week, & I was amazed to see enough baby hair growth. Now I have again started using it & in plan to do it properly for long time because my forehead hairline is badly receding.

I used o.5 mm needles roller in the start. And i did not use any oil but after using derma roller u may apply castor oil olive oil or any hair oil u believe in.

It can be done. But we don't use chest hair generally, because they are thin, have short anagen phase, with different growth cycle pattern and characteristics. Scalp and beard donor areas are considered for grafts.

Sir, Earlier i was started this process as per XYZ Dr suggestion for 3 week but after that lots of hairs are losses and suddenly asked them for suggest but they said stop taken medicine and minoxidil oil and leave it. It mean they don’t give proper treatment for me hence i was stopped this. So now I’ll start again for this process kindly suggest can I start again this treatment??
